Definitely worth a visit, village pub under new management.. pleasurable atmosphere. A little gem well worth the opportunity to shine. Unpretentious good quality food,good selection of beers and larger. pleasant staff. What more do you need
Had our church Christmas lunch here on Sunday. It was fantastic! Huge portions and super friendly staff. Great value for money. The desserts looked brill, but unfortunately my husband and I were too full to try them!
You had best book if you want a meal here on weekends. The menu is extensive, with a good range of food, catering for vegetarians too. The small portions are large, so no need to have a large portion, unless you have starved yourself.
This is a friendly village pub in a quiet part of Leeds off Wetherby Road. The staff are courteous and the pub and restaurant clean and comfortable. For a meal it is best to be there before the kitchen closes at 8.30pm. TVs are available so you can watch your footie or whatever sport you fancy while
We only called in for a quick bite of tea on our way home from the local airport but were make very welcome. The steak pie was lovely and my wife enjoyed her ' light bite' scampi.
Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Friendly manager, Good portions , good selection of menu including Yorkshire Pudding and gravy for starters which went down well with the 2 men... Will return again...
I have been here twice so far. Friendly, welcoming staff, good food. Love the steak pie! Portion sizes very generous, I didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day!

Lovely place to visit with family but the main reason for my review is the older lady that served us was amazing she was a real sweetheart to my son who has difficulties and made our day so nice just wish id have got her name !!!! Will be back again for sure ❤
Nice pub with a big, safe enclosed beer garden with slides and swings for kids. It's a good end point for the walk to Wetherby and back along the river.
Went in on passing a few weeks ago. Lovely staff and great food , would highly recommend it. Well done to all who work there

Brilliant pub that will serve smaller portions. Food very good and relatively inexpensive. Large car park and beer garden at the rear.
A group of eight mostly senior adults ate at lunchtime. The food was delicious and good value. The staff were friendly. Would recommend to others.
