Friendly staff. Callum the manager was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. I was ordering a lot of food for a trade day next week and he made it so easy. Thank you!
Food is always good with Gregg's and the breakfast meal deal is well worth it. However the majority of staff members could do with learning customer service as they often lack any sense of happiness behind the till. A nice "good morning" wouldn't hurt.
We had to come off the M5 on our way back to Portsmouth for fuel as we hold a Shell fuel card. I have to say the staff were very pleasant and polite and the shop had a very wide choice of refreshments as well as a coffee shop on site. And not forgetting to mention how very clean and tidy this place was.

Has tables & seats outside so you can sit down & enjoy your sausage roll, coffee & yumyums.
