Great place to get coffee. Prices are higher than mcdonalds but lower than starbucks with a decent variety of drinks. best place to go if you want something cheap and Tasty that isn't just regular coffee. Staff are also really nice and even washed out my cup for me after I was done (I bought my own)
The toast is good and the coffee isn't, unless your idea of coffee is coffee flavoured hot-milk (Robusta beans WTH, this isn't Sicily) the staff are great ๐๐
I pop into this Costa regularly, one afternoon a week.
It is always a pleasant experience.

Food selection poor, especially as I have a pork/ham intolerance. Why no basics like cheese and tomato or egg and cress?
So many Coffee shops but I constantly go to this one everyday because of the exceptionally helpful polite staff at this store. Always helpful, always cheerful and so very helpful when I want to try something different to try. Absolutely fantastic and I recommend whole heartedly. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I visited today & the service was outstanding.
I came in just before 6 (they close at 6.30) I felt a little bit awkward as I was the only customer & knew they were closing soon, but the server assured me that it was no trouble. I didnโt catch his name unfortunately but he was so friendly & welcoming.

Friendly, helpful service, decent coffee - great vegan options (i think there are 5 different non dairy milk alternatives).
I always pay the extra 20p or so for the better coffee as i don't like their standard stuff.
I donโt usually leave reviews but I feel good service should get more recognition as people rush to leave bad reviews all the time.
I came in last week around 5 and the young man ran away From his sweeping with unneeded guilt and met with me with a lovely smile. He had great manners and was really welcoming; he didnโt hesitate to joke around with me while making my coffee when I usually stand there awkwardly, the drink came a little slower than usual but was more than up to standard. He spoke to me a little more while he was sweeping was nice and consisted wave me out when I left. The small effort made was more than what was needed but made it lovely.
One of the best Costas in Weston-super-mare. Friendly staff, always make you feel welcome and a nice seating area outside ๐

Wanted to try something different so popped in for a Soya / Dairy free hot chocolate. Oh ma goodness, the server was lovely, she done me a small Alpro hot chocolate with marshmallows and flake with chocolate dusting on top. THE best I've had. Will be coming back, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Thank you.

Love Costas atmosphere and this one is a particular favourite of mine. It's open and spacious. My only criticism is that if staff aren't going to clear the times in good time then they should have somewhere for people to put their dishes.
