If you like good coffee and aren't put off with the location, this is a good refresh stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's just a pity the town centre is not looking it's best.
Perfect coffee. Extremely friendly staff. I love going there. Genuine conversation and attention to detail. Very clean and perfect smoking seating to enjoy the characters of WSM.

Came in for a coffee which is the only coffee my husband prefers out if all the other coffee places. What impressed me most was the multi toilet seat in the disabled toilet. A smaller seat tucked inside the lid for young children to use.
I regularly visit this neros and the staff are always extremely friendly it has a good atmosphere and the coffee is great..
Was in the High street in Weston Super Mare with my Mum (86) who had an appointment. As we were early and the sun....for once! was shining without a cloud in the sky. I noticed the Coffè Nero. Nice name. Anyway it had lots of tables and chairs outside and a few were available so I went in and my Mum
The staff were welcoming and helpful. My coffee was great. One small niggle point was that the tables outside weren't cleaned after customers had left.
Excellent service and the food and drink is equally top class. My go to place in town since the Coffee House closed.
Quick service, and they are (almost) always nice and friendly...except for the last time I went there, when this lady made a mistake in my order and "accuse" me for that when I asked her to fix it...her attitude was really poor and she looked like she doesn't want to be there.
The staff here are always friendly and the drinks are always delicious
