I'm only writing this to single out a particularly excellent staff member, Elodie, who went above and beyond today to help us. She brought us our order to our table when my daughter became upset, brought colouring and crayons and changed my order(it had come out missing some items). She was friendly, courteous and very diligent. Thanks so much πππ»

Sometimes some people go unrecognised For there worth and work ethics, if i could ask from a business Perspective to who is the head of McDonald's please promote Alex as management!!
(I noticed he does not banter like they do in Weston Links branch, he is defo the best of the bunch even though i do not know him personally the current lady manager is not fit for the job as you will lose many unhappy customers).

My job is to review businesses and praise those who go unnoticed in this field of fast food catering.
Without naming names there are 2 women individuals who do not belong in there at all.
Head office need to come in a do a visual check on customer service and look to speaking with drivers and waiting customers.
Todays review has come unexpectedly as i have noticed how well i felt when i was talked to politely due to there tablets failing to print and orders not being printed or put through to the kitchen, the teamwork and communication was on point, i also updated the customer on the current situation.
Lucia managed the drivethrough after communicating with me about how she will rectify the issue, Alex stepped in management style and asked me if i had been given my order and not being able to find it he searched the kitchen and the tablet and manually put the order through the system telling the kitchen staff "lets focus on this order please"!!
After 25 years in the fast food trade i cant say hand on heart if i didnt give up my business due to having a lack of man power i would of employed Alex if he knocked on my door.
Use this McDonald's whole holidaying in the area. Used the drive-thru so not commenting on the atmosphere. Service was good no waiting. Food was nice and hot.
All dog lovers,take them to sandy Bay between weston and Clevedon. Cheap car parking. Brilliant dog walking with the kids.On way out of Worle,pop in to Mc Donald's after for a refreshment.

I like this McDonald's, it has a huge car Park, a drive that doesn't cause any one else problems. Toilets are a bit small and sometimes a queue will form. Touch screen order computer, find a table and your order is brought to you. A table with ipads on them for the kids is a nice touch, but obviously popular. Plenty if seating and looks nice and clean at time of visit. If this review was helpful, please like.
Food as expected, went through drive thru ordered 3 big Macs only got 2, good job we sat in car park to eat it!.
