I'm not usually a fan of chain places like this but we stopped here whilst travelling to Cornwall and was pleasantly surprised at the great service we received.
My family of 5 had sausage batches and tea, little ones had juices and the girl serving us was really friendly and organised. The food she brought over to us was hot, tasty and didn't taste like reheated food.
The other young girl working there that day was also pleasent and worked really quickly which you don't tend to see in a lot of staff nowadays. Tables were cleaned promptly on people leaving and the shop itself was tidy.
The toilets were a little ropey hence my lower score but all in all a pleasant experience.
Lovely little visit and tried the Frappe, service was great, very polite young lady who made our drinks.

Food & coffee was good. Gingerbread muffin & ginger xmas cake. Staff were friendly apart from one person who was a bit miserable & stropy

The iced coolers are extremely nice and so is all their types of toast. A very good place for breakfast for a cup of tea.
Fab staff..best costa..food hot..delicious coffees..great selection..Samie fab staff..my grandson loves her..remembers orders..always helpful too

Went here with my wife yesterday for lunch whilst out completing errands. My wife asked for the pigs in blankets panini from the Christmas range. I inadvertently selected the Vegan Pigs in Blankets version due to the poor labelling on the packaging.
This product should really be renamed as vegan misery and tears due to the absolutely disgusting nature of the filling, flacid and inciped looking " not bacon" and a sickly looking tube of "not sausage"
It was truly traumatising
However whilst my wife was exclaiming her dismay at the horror with the words "Oh my good how do people eat this !!". Unbeknown to us a staff member (Donna, who I believe is the area manager) was sat at the adjacent table.She overheard my wife's distress and immediately offered to replace the product for an alternative and then took away the offending not pigs in not blankets panini a swapping it for a real pigs in blanket alternative. Great customer service, Happy wife, happy life. Would go again.

The store was clean, had friendly staff, and well stocked with goods . I played the game of picking straws for charity and won a hot drink.
Excellent customer service and a lovely coffee from Maria & Dan yesterday. I've started ordering on the app too. My order is always ready when I get there and brilliant for when I'm in a bit of a rush :-)
Typical Costa coffee, very busy and very loud. Made a couple of small changes to layout inside. But still popular Costa just be prepared to queue in busy times.
Great food and coffee. Nice handy car parking too.
A cozy place for a nice cup of coffee, which I visit now and again. Staff are always pleasant and efficient.
Unfortunately I lost my black leather folding wallet here today, and believe it fell out of my pocket whilst sitting in the far corner, on the bench seat - any information would be appreciated.
The staff were very courteous when I reported it, but it hadn't been handed in................ I have just returned from picking up my wallet from a lady who found it and contacted me. There are many kind and honest people in the world - we just don't realise it - thank you Shirley
