Was going to go to the Cabot as it was nice weather but the food was pants. Decided to take a drive down to the Woolpack and I had their stack burger. By far the best burger ever, the slaw is stunningly epic!

This is a classic old British pub with a modern flare. If you like your food, you will not be disappointed by the portion sizes. They are BIG. Staff here are friendly and on the right side of funny. It helps to create a pleasant atmosphere and they should be proud of this. There is one woman in particular that brings the atmosphere. She has her children working there also, and she is a delight. It's important to recognise such service. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a proper local with hearty food and an even heartier personality.

Lovely place to eat, drink and relax. Nicely refurbished with plenty of seating in and outside. We had a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday. Very friendly and welcoming, great service and couldn't do enough for you. They were very happy to resolve issues and make sure your visit was pleasent. The food was wonderful with a large range to choose from. The deserts were amazing and the coffee was delicious. I would recommend and revisit.

Super time here yesterday. We were a family party of 18, booked into the Fire Pit, which we had to ourselves, food was pre-ordered. Delicious food (amazing portions!), great service, and we all had a great time. Thank you for helping to make our event a memorable one.

Had an excellent lunch here with friends, Everyone's food was first class , and the service was fast with a very nice waitress who was friendly and knowledgeable. I can definitely recommend it. I've not been in the evening but I have no doubt that it would be just as good.

Impromptu meal to break up a long trip. We were very lucky to get a table on a busy evening! Great meal- we had Kleftiko and Greek chicken supreme which tasted like good home cooked food- just the ticket after a week of camping. The kids portions were very generous and a pleasant surprise was that children's desserts are £1. All the staff were really friendly - really pleased we stopped here.

Spent a delightful evening here with 19 family members. Despite our number, everyone was served on time with professionalism and panache. The food was excellent - I had the Classic Burger, and was delighted with it; the meat was perfectly cooked, the accompanying salad was very crisp and fresh, and the chips were very good indeed. Highly recommended ✨

This is ideal for an early young family meal. As the weather wasn't great, we sat inside the restaurant at 5.30 pm . There is a varied menu with a good choice for kids. Service is prompt and friendly, and the food is nicely cooked and presented. Very nice Butcombe beers as well.

Had a few beers here last night with my wife and best friend. Lovely atmosphere, proper funny barman with plenty of banter 🤪👌 drinks are a little expensive but it was a lovely pub, we originally came here for food because everyone in Weston says how nice it is but unfortunately we arrived at 9pm and they stopped serving food at 8pm because it was quiet. Maybe another time.

The food was absolutely fantastic but I feel like I entered some sort of food eating challenge by mistake! I had the woolpack burger, a sight to behold and an endeavour to eat, but every piece cooked to perfection. I foolishly looked at the dessert menu and decided to have a little salted caramel torte. Sadly, a giant mountain of torte was delivered with a jug of cream.......I was defeated with 4 or 5 spoonfuls left......until a member of staff challenged me to finish it, male pride was my downfall as I shovelled the rest in and let it be known now that I died by one of the finest desserts I've ever had. The chilli and Meatballs/pasta were also praised by other guests and the food at other tables looked equally amazing. Lovely staff and a delightful well decorated and clean environment, would come back, but I must now lie down and allow diabetes or a sugar coma run its course, there are worse ways to go......thank you for a wonderful experience

Travelled to Weston yesterday for a day out with the family ended up in this lovely place. Great customer service wasn't sure if we would have to wait to be given a table but the lovely server came and got us from the car park almost immediately. The service and the food was great, plenty of it and delicious, even catered for us not being able to eat our desserts straight away and gave them us to take away. Ever in that area again would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone. Finished our day off superbly. Thanks to the lovely lady who looked after us.
