Lovely meal at a great price .staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to eat comfortably outside in the sunshine. Really lovely play area for children and safely fenced off from car park. Great place highly recommend.

Went with family for a midweek birthday lunch. We enjoyed it so much that we've just been back with all the family for Saturday lunch too. Easily accommodated 10 adults, 2 kids and one in a high chair. Helpful staff and perfectly acceptable, quality pub food. Great outside space for sunny weather and things to climb and slide on for the kids. Recommended.

Had a great time. Heather our waitress was great fun and a credit to the pub. Will return without a shadow of a doubt. Steak and ale pie was a cracking meal. Would recommend this place to one and all.

We tried several places, when we first started visiting the area (around 3 years ago) and then found The Full Quart. The Full Quart ticks all the boxes.......lovely caring staff, fabulous carvery and great environment. If you're in the Hewish or Weston-super-Mare area, may I suggest you save time and just visit this place.......you won't be disappointed, whatsoever!

What a lovely pub! Real traditional style, with a warm welcome from the staff. Made a refreshing change from the modern "chain" pubs...so much more character. Great selection of local beers & ciders and really nice food too. If all that wasn't enough, ample parking and large outdoor play area too!

Helpful and attentive staff. Both me and my daughter are gluten free and nothing was too much trouble to accommodate our needs. GF gravy, Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese. Definitely coming back.

We've been coming here for a few years now, they are great with my sons food allergies, always make sure they cater for him, we came for Mother's Day lunch today, had a lovely meal, the food was good as usual, the service was excellent as usual and we all had a lovely meal, look forward to our next time, xxxxxx

Nice place for the family. Meals are good size. Sunday carvery is ok. You dont get much meat and only do roast potatoes. No mash or boiled. Staff are friendly and as are the locals. Dog friendly area indoors aswell so thats a plus when its raining. Will go again sometime.

No chicken but beef and turkey. Turkey was beautiful but found beef tough. Plenty of veg but you can't go up and get more. One plate for £15. I've been to cheaper

The first thing I noticed about The Full Quart Hewish was how clean it was proving that pubs such as these can be clean! We we're greeted by an attentive, friendly waitress who remained so throughout the meal, so 4 stars for the housekeeping and hospitality staff. To get their final fith star the chef needs to up his game. The food is good but its overpriced for the portion size. The homemade pie is a nice size but for the price the dish needs more of the cheap food such as potato, carrots etc. The beef in the pie was a little tough and oregano was a dominate taste which is strange and does not fit in a steak pie so my meal was a little disappointing. Lasagne was a good size and very good but it's a cheap meal to make and only comes with a side salad and small piece of garlic bread. The cod is the size of 2 cod bites and its about £15.... Sadly for cost and portion size.... I dropped a star.

Oh my gosh what can I say? Turns out this place is right next to the entrance to where we store our caravan and we went in purely because it was convent. However, the carvery was fab! We loved it! Good beer, good staff, great chef, LOTS of cauliflower cheese - what's not to like?

Stopped on way back to Bristol from Weston. Five star Ploughman’s - decent cut of ham, tangy cheese, nice crusty bread served with a refreshing dressed salad, pickles and slaw. Efficient and friendly service too. Dogs allowed in bar although sunny so we sat outside - nice kids play area too. Rate this place

Had to book a place to eat at the last moment and it was Mother's Day. This place had vacancies whereas others did not. The other reviews here aren't the best by far, but I needed a place to meet up with family and friends so the food wasn't a first priority. Actually, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The carvery was good although the beef was rather leather like and hard to chew on. The pork was excellent and so was the turkey. Some of us had the gammon and chips, again good. The service was prompt and very polite. A few crying babies in the room did spoil the conversation but that's no fault of the establishment, it is family pub after all. I would recommend it and concider coming back at a later date.

A deliciously nice carvery although a tad expensive compared to other venues. Overall a good experience in a very well established pub/restaurant.

Excellent catering with a function room at the back. A bar and restaurant at the front. Really friendly and helpful staff. Definately worth popping in when you go past.
