Amazing good value for money. We two sisters and I were in one room. Very good, clean and comfortable. There was trouble through the nights with some guests, that we reported via a call to security. The security night porter was on top of it and got it sorted. He checked and rechecked on us to make sure we weren't afraid, being three middle aged women alone. The next morning the owner/manager gave his apologies . I feel he could have gone one step further and complimentary breakfast/lunch or dinner been offered. 12:05 until 4:00 am was a huge disturbance. Words were easy opt. We would diefiantly come back and totally recommend this hotel. Thumbs up.

Lovely staff, who went above and beyond to cater for dietary requirements, lovely rooms, we booked 2 standard doubles but were given 2 family rooms with see views at no extra cost. Our evening meal was lovely, and the breakfasts were just as good. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, and would stay again if we area in Weston super mare.

Great relaxing place. Met friends yesterday afternoon for wine , food and a chat. Took family there again today for great value 3 course Sunday carvery. Staff friendly and obliging ππ
