I'd like to say that i dont normally leave reviews but this evening i felt it necessary. I had a lovely meal at the Windsor castle and had a thoroughly excellent experience.
The only part that spoilt our time was the over exuberant complainer. We had the misfortune of sitting next to a person who was obviously a professional complainer. First steak over done, second underdone and cold. Not sure anyone ordering a rare steak ever considered it to still me warm having eaten half.
Fair play to the management not giving him a free meal. From where we were and what we heard it seemed getting a free meal was their sole intention. I would definitely recommend the Windsor for food, drinks or both.
We came here for a quick pub meal and found far better! Beautiful food, perfectly cooked and well presented. A proper pub atmosphere with the benefit of a great chef and welcoming staff. 5 Stars indeed!
If I lived close enough this would be my local. It's got everything, friendly people from the moment you arrive, good food and decent pint ohh & we had a great meeting doing what we do best..... sharing ideas with great company with friends..... thank you for the invite

A great pub with excellent food. Always a friendly greeting from the staff, and a good old local pub atmosphere. They serve an excellent Guinness, it always tastes good. I never go anywhere else now, pleasure to know James, Dave, Jack and all the lovely girls. I have had many family and friends gatherings and everyone has said "what a fantastic pub". Thanks guys and gals, long may you serve a fine Guinness �
A very nice Sunday lunch, lovely old fashioned pub with polite staff a very chilled afternoon would recommend that you give it a go.
Fantastic food, service and atmosphere... and on top of that... great value for money... I wouldn't eat anywhere else... the landlady is an absolute gem... 5 stars for sure👍🏻
I would like to post my thanks to the lovely staff at The Windsor Castle who hosted my late Mum's wake yesterday. They looked after us so well and the food was fantastic. Thanks all you were brilliant.

It had been a while since visiting the Windsor. It was great to be back at this epic pub. The restaurant used to be my go to for Sunday roast dinners and many meals in the back garden. This return was for a wake, the Windsor staff did my friend proud with an epic send off. There was so many people in the pub yet the staff were cool, friendly and quick with serving everyone. There’s always sport on the TV and great views from the restaurant area, decking and garden. I look forward to returning to the Windsor once more, Mark would’ve been super pleased with this send off, his family and the Windsor did him proud. ❤️

What a find! Beautiful food, friendly professional service in a lovely atmosphere. Only regret not taking photos to back up how we felt of our experience. Will definitely be going back. Crown Jewel in Weston. 10/10

We had a buffet provided and it was absolutely amazing great buffet and went around very well with extra to take home.

Excellent - great quality food - really friendly staff - lovingly prepared home cooked food - I had the fish cakes and they were brilliant we will definitely be back - great garden all well kept a pleasure to eat and drink here
