Myself and the hubby treated ourselves to a traditional afternoon tea which was amazing, the choices of cake and the portion sizes were fantastic,I simply couldn't Finnish it all there was so much. The sandwiches were fresh and had plenty of fillings,the cakes were moist and full of flavour. The scones were still warm and so soft. We would definitely recommend going and giving it a try.
The room itself is beautiful and spacious. The staff were lovely and friendly and to boot it really wasn't that expensive.
Interesting place , you have to run the gauntlet of tacky arcade games and coin machines of the pier amusements to get here and then you have this camp chintzy dining room in the middle of the sea. We only had tea and cake but that was pretty good. It took a while to arrive but the staff were very polite. I thought it was great as was a little bit different, I could imagine an American style tea dance here lol
Lovely food, and great service. Some of the drinks were not in stock that we wanted, but the food was lovely and the service was really good. It is very clean and the views are incredible. Good value for money.
Lovely restaurant, polite hard working staff. For the prices, the portions were massive! As well as providing excellent customer service the staff maintained the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times. They really do work hard here and I can tell they take pride in what they are doing. Would definitely recommend a visit here!
Location at the end Grand Pier is very good with views all around. It can get a little warm eith all the glass.
We had the afternoon tea, which we found ample, if not too much, they will provide a box for what you don't eat.
The price was good.
After fulfilling my inner child in the piers arcade we fancied a bite to eat.
Food and atmosphere were great and the service matched that of far more exclusive establishments.
All in all a very good experience.
Second time we've been here and been suitably impressed, excellent afternoon tea and a range of hot food that was also of a good standard. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Food was lovely, service was a bit slack but there was a big afternoon tea party going on so benefit of the doubt. Incorrect food came out but was rectified and also 10% was discounted from our bill. Good overall 👏
Shared afternoon tea with my children and grandchildren. We hadn't booked but were accommodated willingly even though there were 10 of us. The restaurant is spotlessly clean with an outlook over the sea. Although we only had tea/ coffee and cakes the cakes and scones were delicious. Tea was loose leaf tea much to my grandsons amusement. Good service, polite and willing staff well worth a visit.
Had to wait a bit (45 mins) for food due to a party of 25 people before us (hence lost a star on the rating).
But apart from that, it was nice to find a quiet clean relaxing place; and the food was really good with great size portions at a good price.
A must try when in weston supermare lovely relaxing atmosphere. Great choice on the menu. Portion sizes big. Lovely friendly, helpful staff. A lovely view of the sea and beach. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Lovely table by window very quiet area we had afternoon tea for 2 very nice we thought it was fantastic would recommend too friends and family great frendly staff nothing too much trouble was given a box to take home left over cakes .five stars!

Had a delightful afternoon tea. Great spot for families. Scones were to die for, staff lovely. Takeaway boxes available for left over cakes. Dad had the scampi and loved it.
Bathrooms clean and working.
It's not the best experience, to be honest. Several mistakes with an impossibly simple order left us a little bewildered.
Staff friendly when remediating.
