It's a shame drunken customers are not turned away at the door. A customer came in with his partner and could hardly stand and he was shouting for half an hour. Thankfully he fell asleep but why was he not rejected and for that reason we will not return.
Ordered a delivery to our holiday camp site, food was outstanding, the best Indian meal we gave ever had, very prompt delivery.
Visited this restaurant whilst on holiday in Weston-super-Mare great food and great service its a shame your not local to where we live on we would be in frequently...10/10
What could have been a 1* review from the seating arrangements very quickly turned into a 5* experience!
We were originally seated at the back of the restaurant (party of 6) which is next to the kitchen and in quite a confined area with another large party next to us. Sadly you could not hear yourself speak and even the waiters struggled to take our orders. After a request of table change we were put to the front of the restaurant. Much better!
The food was absolutely incredible and starters, mains and dessert served well spaced out between (not too close together or not having to wait ages for the next course). Cooked to perfection. The atmosphere at the front was much more palatable and the waiters were great!
10/10 or 5* deserved for the food, excellent service and all in all, a lovely restaurant. All I would say is, if you're booking a table, make sure it's the front of the place! Will defo return in the future and order future Indian takeaways from here 😊👍
We eat there on a fairly regular basis as it's a really dependable restaurant. The staff are always friendly. The Nilgiri is outstanding.

Great food but phoned for everything vindaloo hot and got no items vindaloo. But excellent service did send me a new one and it was vindaoo

Just had a delivery from here and It is honestly 1 of the best Indian takeaways I've had in the 40 years I've been eating them. Food was stunning and the service was second to none with even a phone call to question my choice of meal to confirm they had it right. First time from here but I guarantee it won't be the last. Well done tandoori masala your my new best takeaway. 👌
Ordered a very large delivery for 7 people, all arrived on time, piping hot, all starters, sides, poppadoms, chutneys and mains all there nothing missing and the food was delicious can't fault anything.
Thank you TM. We had quite a big order 14 people. The food was hot when it arrived and everything was correct. Lots of compliments on the food. The delivery guy was very helpful, we were a little distracted when he arrived 😀 I do prefer the metal containers.
Just had a takeaway from here. Very nice indeed, food tasty and hot. Special thanks to the delivery driver who struggled to find us, but took the time to phone us and get extra directions. Many thanks.
