We have twice now had lunch downstairs in the bar at Bistro Pierre. Once we both had the steak frites and the other time (yesterday) we both had the hamburger with, amongst other things, Brie and bacon. On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from a good view out towards the pier to excellent, friendly and polite service and hot and delicious food in a great atmosphere. We rated the burgers as probably the best or as good as the best we’ve ever had. We shall certainly go there again and hope to visit for an evening meal some time.
Absolutely lovely experience from beginning to end. Our Waitrose (oz girl) made the evening. So attaintive and friendly. The food was lovely and the view was amazing with the sun going down over the pier. Would highly recommend.
I have dined here on numerous occasions with my best friend and we love it. We have always found the service to be excellent, the food is always beautiful and well presented and the staff are very friendly. Great music if you love jazz that delicately adds to the ambience of this gorgeous restaurant!!
Excellent food and service as always at the right price. Real French bistro food in an wonderful modern french ambiance. Love this chain of restos as much as i like Côte. Bravo. Btw, sign up to newsletter as you get great offers. I had a free carafe of wine with my meal just because i receive an email once a week.
Excellent little bistro ideally positioned near the beach with great views from the terrace. The food was superb and the service fantastic. Cannot praise this place enough.
My children and I took my Husband to Bistrot Pierre for father's day. The menu was excellent value and the service was second to none . Our Waitress for the evening was Katie and nothing was to
much trouble. We all had a wonderful evening and my Husband said it was the best steak he has had in years .

Part of a party of four eating a late lunch on a Saturday. I'm vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised by the range of vegetarian food on the menu. My starter and main course were very tasty and the dessert excellent. A particular mention for our very pleasant waitress who struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and intrusion. Dishes were cleared away promptly and just the right wait between serving courses. Very pleasant table in the window of the restaurant with lovely views. Given the quality of the meal it was very good value for money. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon's dining..

We went for date night. Food was great, service was relaxed and friendly. The atmosphere was great. This is not going to be the cheapest option but is well worth the small premium.
Try the roasted garlic.

Crazy good food, super friendly staff, authentic atmosphere.
Honestly one of the top 5 restaurants on my list, and we WILL be visiting again. I've been to a few dreadful restaurants, many bad ones, many ok ones, MANY good ones and a dozen or so fantastic ones. However, nothing comes close to the people employed here. They really do treat you like a friend instead of a customer, and the quality of service doesn't just end there. Everyone makes mistakes, and whether it's a few less fries than you'd like to a piece of cutlery missing for your crem brulee, the staff aren't just happy to rectify and help, they enjoy it. This is a nice, refreshing change from other restaurants - you know the ones - and they're sure to give you the best seating on quieter days.
In my experience, for 2 people the price can range from £75 to £120 (assuming you get 2 starters, 2 mains, 4 drinks and 2 deserts) and comes with spotless dinnerware and cutlery.
What an awesome atmosphere this place has, honestly. Its circular shape is unique, and their clean, flush lights are a nice touch. I can guarantee it's not something which has had a couple of minutes spent on it - probably more like a couple of months!
Overall, this place is a staple of Weston and a must-try for everyone!
The restaurant is upstairs and has great views. The menu is very French , quality of the offer is of a good standard. Bar selection was OK. Service was excellent. The overall dining experience very good.

Wow! I have no words for how amazing this place was. The top floor has some really beautiful views. And so many tables and seats too.
The atmosphere is incredible. Very chilled and very posh. And as for the food, wow. I had a steak with chips. (Typical I know) But everything was so perfect it was crazy. I was so tempted to have another it was that good. Best steak I have ever understand.
I didn't even realise it was a French restaurant until i went to use the toilets. Typical me. It was a very spontaneous visit.
Perfect for dates and family meals. It does seem child friendly but I think it seems very mature for children. So posh.
The staff were immaculate with their service. The food wait time wasn't long at all, and the staff were so polite and attentive. Spoke with soft voices which is perfect for me as a sufferer of anxiety. I hate being shouted at or being served by someone who seems unbothered. The lady also was a good laugh who served us. Definitely coming here again when we go to weston again!
Very nice indeed, staff were great, prices were fantastic, the weather was awesome and I even remembered a little bit of French from school which came in handy when needing the toilet 🤣.

Lovely lunch with a nice view. Both hubby and I had a steak for the main course and creme brulee for the dessert. Foods were delicious and staff were friendly.
A superb evening, just what the doctor ordered. Myself and my partner wanted a nice relaxing evening with good food and our first ever visit to the restaurant was brilliant. Opted in for the set menu and all 3 courses were excellent. The service was great, the staff were chatty, lively and friendly and nothing was too much. Big up the ‘do you need a breather before dessert’ as we were both struggling after the main. Will be back.

visited here tonight with reservation at 645, shown to a table and said some one will shortly take your order. 10 minutes later somebody comes up to take a drink order. shortly afterwards we order our meal. Having been there for 25 mins and no drinks or food order, ask a waitress for some classes and some iced water and off she goes and starts clearing dirty dishes from tables and serving other people and still no wine!
Eventually it gets that we've been there for I supposed about half an hour eventually somebody asks us are we ready to place our order order. 50 minutes after arriving still no food, still no ice water still no wine so we get up to leave, as we get to bottom of the stairs we can see our meal being taken upstairs so we left without paying for anything because we didn't have anything and the service was absolutely abysmal. Gone down hill so much in just a year. This was a Sunday evening, I would say 50% full. Manager & staff seemed more interested in clearing tables and relaying than dealing with waiting customers, we noticed people who arrive at same time of us had got some drinks. (lucky them) on way out to car passed back door to kitchen and staff sitting our side.
Wife and I walked in about 6pm and they had a vacant table and had one looking out large glass window to sea. I had beef bourgogne, mash, &carrot. I ordered a side dish of tender stem brockley, it was under cooked, i notified the waitress and it was taken off our bill. My wife had a great pizza. For dessert we had a wonderful chocolate brownie 😋. May 2022.

The view is lovely, the place is clean and the staff is very helpful.
Cream tea was very good and we enjoyed it so much. As a hot drink (included in the price of cream tea) you can choose between tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and so much more. I also got a free refill. So nice, we'll come back!
The food here is amazing, and the quality is great for the price. The staff are friendly and very polite, always so happy to see you. They always ask how your food is and check up on you. They do amazing deals like a 3 course dinner for around £25. The menus change often so you can never get bored.
What really lovely place, Atmosphere and staff are amazing, Service is very good, the food was absolutely fantastic, It's got views of the seaside you can sit out on the balcony but not on windy days, Inside or outside its brilliant, you can walk along the parade and across the road is crazy golf, Will be going again and will recommend..
Went here again on 14/01/2023 absolutely terrible, the service was brilliant and our starters were lovely but the steak which was supposed to be M/W was bleeding and the chef even asked me if I wanted to have it cooked a bit more or fresh steak I asked for fresh food and 45mins later still hadn't arrived, we left and they said would only charge for drinks and starters which I didn't mind..
After talking to other people that night they said its lost its good name. But think its case of your own personal opinion
We ate in the bar as it was our first visit and failed to read the signs that the restaurant was upstairs!
Tuesday weekday and was very quiet, but you do need some wd40 for the very noisy kitchen door!
Food was lovely, enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back to try the restaurant next time. Toilets were also good and very clean.

Great location, and most importantly food was delicious and we all were happy.
But there are a few things that we have noticed.
Glasses for water looked dirty, possibly they were clean but looked awful.
Secondly as staff was nice, it was super slow and lacked of attentive to guests.
There were staff wondering around, but nobody come and asked us for drinks for 15 minutes.
I would like to put some spotlight to one of the members of staff. Unfortunately I do not remember her name, but she welcomed us downstairs, took us upstairs to our table.
Like I mentioned nobody bothered to come to see us for good 15 minutes. We have seen her being busy with new arrivals to the restaurant and etc.
After that 15 minutes she come round to take our order, we said we didn’t order drinks yet.
So she asked what we want. As we had her attention we have ordered mains and dessert at the same time. What was nice to see, she didn’t take any notes, just memorised everything.
Someone else brings the drinks. The girl come back with our food and place each plate in front of us as we ordered 👏🏻. Nice one!
The other person brings forth plate and even 3 plates were already on the table she asked who ordered… 🙈.
And lastly the same girl who welcomed us cleared our plates, and collected money for the bill. She was definitely busy in comparison to rest of the people on the floor.
But… The most important food was great. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻and thank you.
There is definitely some improvements required. Some staff that works there looked scruffy that day, which didn’t fit with the overall vibe of the place. Floor staff could show some more interest to the guests.

An amazing place to eat. It's hard not.to get a sea view at this place. Great for watching the sun go down and grab a bit to eat. Really friendly staff. We tended to have a few bites to share so can't comment too much on the food but what we had was very tasty.
