Quick drive through, tried the Biscoff McFlurry which may become an addiction 😋
Probably the first McDonald’s I’ve gone to where the hot apple pie was actually hot. And the fries were actually cooked and actually had salt on them 🤯 unfortunately don’t live around here, so a bit gutted as 99% of maccies are awful nowadays.
It's a great drive through. Sometimes you have to park up. Friendly staff who are helpful. We had a little longer than normal wait for generic items but doesn't distract from a 5 star offering
4 times now that I've been to drive through only to get home to find my order is wrong. Or missing fries.....
So tonight my tea was missing from the order, a quick phone call to the restaurant that was promptly answered by Kate, a young lady who couldn't apologise enough for the mistake. Was offered a replacement if i could collect or a refund via the mcdonald's app. I opted for the food. Upon arrival I spoke to Kate who again apologised for he issue, remade 2 food orders, that were piping hot and sorted out the kids a McFlurry..
Hopefully this is a sign of change, Kate you're a credit to the company and thank you again for swiftly sorting the issue 👍🏻
Customer service was impeccable, and the food was hot. The fries were the best in a while, and nothing appeared thrown together as fast food sometimes does. Loved it!
