Everything you want from a seaside cafe, a warm welcome, fairly priced food that tastes great & a sea view from your table.
Had my little boys birthday here today the kids absolutely loved it thanks Gina Melissa and all the girls for today
spend a lot of time at beach when nice there egg
Bacon baguette are to die for. Yummy
went on a Sunday afternoon at 3PM. Whats really important to remember is that this is a cafe, so if you have a low expectation in terms of seating and condition of dwelling you will be happy. The location is excellent, with you being almost directly on the beach. The food is OK, but when you are able to order a roast at 3:20PM and it costs £6.20 you shouldn't grumble to much. Its also great to see local young workers who must be between 14 to 18 flying around working hard, they are a benefit to the business. In reflection it cost £40 for 5 of us to eat which is decent. So if you fancy having a cuppa with the lads and a fully English or roast dinner on Sunday I would give this place a whirl.
Second visit and still impressed with the friendly staff, great service and good food. I had the small breakfast, the men had bacon sarnie and sausage sarnies. Everyone happy with decent quality meat and crusty fresh bread. Lovely view of the sea washed down with a decent cup of tea.
First time eating out since lockdown. Had not intended to eat out, but en route on our bike ride saw that there was many empty seats, which made us feel brave enough to go in. So glad we did. Had a lovely late breakfast that was cooked beautifully & I have to mention the mushrooms, they were delicious!

Amazing hot chocolates and highly recommend better than Milly's
Came here with my friend as she was saying how good the food is and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, the coffee was perfect and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Very highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon!
If you want a decent fry up and a good cuppa with friendly staff in all weather, any time of year - this is the place for you. Not to mention it is dog friendly too. A traditional seaside beach cafe.
Always a pleasure to visit made to feel at home
Old style seaside cafe (read 80's laminated menu, slightly tacky floors and that cafe smell). Good food, reasonably priced and nice environment. Good place for families looking for cheap eats.
Birthday brunch with a big group of friends. So many people to feed in a short time but Gina and the team kept everyone happy. Great food, great people. Thank you.
It's not everybody's cup of tea..ahem.. but Pav's is a local institution. A proper old school school Cafe overlooking the sea with a history going back to the fifties. Beach goods, ice creams a cup of tea in the sun. Reasonable prices and traditional British Cafe food. A breath of fresh air away from the chain cafes and pulled pork.
This Cafe is iconic. A sociable local watering hole with a true sense of community. A good place to have breakfast with real friends. Not a place to pose. A place to be yourself.
Great beach side cafe.. lovely food well priced, with friendly staff. Perfect place to stop when strolling along the bay.
Very popular family seafront cafe/restaurant. Large menu of general meals served by friendly staff. Car parking not too far away..
I like this place! The hot chocolate is yummy, the toasted cheese and onion sandwich is excellent and the staff are super friendly! Just what is needed having walked along the beach from Margate! 😜
No pretensions to be anything other than a good seaside cafe. Have eaten here many times and food is always good and the service and friendliness of the staff have been first rate.
Great food, service was friendly & quick & there are amazing views over the beach out to sea. Also dog friendly!
Lovely! Don't miss it. Good food, interesting posters on local and general issues on WWII, very nice waitresses
A great place for traditional breakfast or lunch. Service with a smile great value plus a sea view.
