This is the best cafe you'll ever go to . We had the wake for my Nonno here and they really looked after us the ambience, the staff were amazing and everything was brought out so quickly we didn't wait for any amount of time they were very efficient, all staff are so friendly .. and they really interact with the customers .. the food was absolutely amazing by far the best food I've ever had in this country so tasty , they have a wide range of everything you are spoilt for choice.. so much to choose from ..
I would definitely recommend this Cafe..
It was quite noisy though as its busy but that tells you how good it is.. it was packed

The environment is very comfortable, simple but clean and well maintained. The efficient staff, the waiter (Greek) very kind. Excellent food, well-made lasagna. Apple pie good but too sweet, ice cream very sweet and not very creamy. but the rating is very good. Thank you
This is very conveniently situated, with an entrance directly from the public carpark and another directly from the High Street.
The range of food is impressive but to date we have only ordered a side of excellent chips to go with our coffees.
There is plenty of seating. The service is efficient and helpful.
I love to pop in here for lunch whenever I am in the area. I had the jacket potato with meatballs again. Outstanding! Every time I think that I will try something else next visit but the meatballs are so good I can't resist them.
first time i’ve eaten here and absolutely will come again! food is amazing! wait time wasn’t too long and their drinks are amazing! either for breakfast lunch or early dinner this is the place to go!
We have only visited here once, which was for lunch and the food was nice and the staff were friendly and polite. I had what I would say is a posh breakfast, which was nice, but I didn't think it was value for money, but I would say that this was a nice place to go
Primo is great all round, the food is absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced! They have lots of seating inside and outside seating both at the front and back of the cafe. The staff were very polite and attentive, it's an ideal place to meet friends for lunch. Its relatively new and already it is one of the most popular places in west wickham
Very nice food delivered during the pandemic. The tomato sauce was the best I’ve had in the U.K. The bruschetta was decent and the garlic bread was nothing special. The pasta however was perfectly cooked (which means the way I like it — slightly al dente). Would definitely recommend them.

Hi everyone my Father visited me in hospital from up North yesterday and I was lucky enough for him to treat me to dinner.
I've gone past the Primo Caffe a number of times and always thought,maybe this restaurant is too expensive for me,but my dad said don't worry I'll treat you son. Well how chuffed was I that he did.
The Caffe is very accessible with a slight incline so that it's easy to enter.
The Staff were very nice and even had the time to offer some friendly chat whilst serving us.
I'm a massive lover of food and it very important how it looks,smells and tastes.
I was not disappointed. Wonderful Food, Staff, Ambience and very very well priced.
I'm definitely going to revisit The Primo Caffe

Plus 5000 more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This is the sister primo of the one in Orpington high street. Just as the Orpington cafe, this is without doubt the BEST cafe in West Wickham. Excellent home made food, coffee and tea at very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. It is run like clockwork. Do not go anywhere else as the others just can't beat this gem.
Smart cafe restaurant at lunchtime. Very busy but tables not too near each other.. Lovely selection of fresh food, most of which you can see and choose at the counter and/or the menu. Very well priced and generous portions, so much so that we asked if we could share a dish and they cut it in half and put on two plates at no extra charge. Welcoming staff and great value.
Whenever I go here it gets a 5* review. Now looks even prettier for Christmas 🎄
At least we can sit outside freezing with our perfect little dog, I bet the inside would have been better!

Awesome food. Sun is out so it’s only right to take advantage of the rear terrace for a little afternoon sun worship too! Antipasto Calabrese, Italiano Chilli Chicken and Lemon & Earl Grey cake were to die for. Fantastic espresso to cap off a terrific afternoon.👌🏻 🇮🇹 🏴
