Nice place, going there almost every weekend. Nice staff, especialy one girl called Marika (give that girl a raise), she's kind and doing multiple tasks all the time
You know what you're getting, it's just how long you have to wait and if the staff are bored.
Today they were really friendly and quick.
Fine for a coffee and cake. Probably not have lunch. A little slow as it was quite popular.
Situated in Next Lakeside, its definitely quiter than the other lakeside branch which is a nice thing.
Ester was very pleasant, polite and smiling. Great customer service from her.
Had an issue with my hot drink offer, Silvio went out of his way to fix and resolve the issue and explained everything as to the error ~ received amazing customer service from him so super grateful to be served by him 🙏
