Nice Nando’s this one. I went 8:00 pm on a cold Tuesday night. But can imagine it gets packed due to it location near to shops and lakeside shopping complex. Decor was good with a mix of tables. This is the first time I've been to this Nando's. and I honestly can say. I love you. The customer service wonderful the food world class cooks! It was just the dreamy experience today. thank you

Nandos can never go wrong! Extra hot chicken leg is my favourite. My favourite restaurant in the UK. Yes it’s my favourite! Unfortunately this particular restaurant ran out of some items when I visited. No corn on the cob, no garlic bread….. not so good. I love the corn on the cob.

Unfortunately, the chips 🍟 were not crispy and weren't great. And the chicken wings were very tiny. Overall, it's not the best I've had at this particular nandos. But the service was good, though, and the staff were quite helpful in solving the issue with the chips.

Chicken chicken chicken! Lovely! Very covid-19 secure, you have to book a table pre-hand, you then receive a text to let you know your table is ready. When you arrive to your table there is a QR code and your table number, all you do is scan the QR and order your food! Simple as, all contactless. Ta

The food was lovely and the staff coped with the busy time we were there really well. The atmosphere was calm.

We go to various Nando’s on a regular basis as it fits in with working late for us. Lakeside retail park is the most consistent for food, service and has the best team of staff headed by Gemma, along with Amber, Freddie, Jordan, Kieran, Magda, Tom and everyone else. Writing this review because I was at Nandos Lakeside retail at about 3:30ish, the fire alarm went off and cut one of the cooking apparatus off. Hadn't been to a nandos for years but this place was great. The wait for food was a while but it was busy, and the food came out toasty hot and very tasty. Would come back again.

Nandos is always a great experience, good food, decent price and lovely decor. Missed out on 5 stars due to wait times and wasn't given any plates for sharing!

Nice food , staff were friendly . Place could be cleaned more often as was quite abit of food on the floor
