Visited Nando’s Lakeside-food court a few times.
Always nice food, I think it’s the only Nando’s which does the fully loaded chips, tried first time.
Only small problem is that the wash rooms are upstairs.
Been there few weeks ago, straight away got a table(normally Nando’s are busy). Served timely and great food. I am giving 4 stars because the members of staffs frequently ask us how is the food that makes us cares and looked after well.
greeted American style at the door and seated. Daughter used her phone to order as my confused face caused her to tut impatiently. Served quickly! Excellent delicious rainbow salad and spicy rice, with a hummous side, daughter had chicken, spicy rice and salad. We love Nandos!
Pretty standard Nando’s experience. Restaurant was clean and tidy, staff were efficient and food was of the quality you would expect from this franchise. Our server was immaculate ( i think she was the supervisor / manager on duty ). Food was just okay as I felt the wings needed more cooking however customer service was really good ☺️
A massive thank you to viki and the rest of the staff at Nando’s. Amazing service, the kindest and most helpful staff, very accommodating to my son who has special needs. Not to mention the amazing food that never disappoints. Thank you for your service!
Big fan of this Nando’s, they are always great with our allergy order and staff are very helpful. I particularly like the atmosphere of this one in the food court. One of my favourites.
1st time here Saturday at 12:00, lots seating no queue. Two adults one child food and drink came to £37 refill drink which is great value ... they do a 20% discount for blue light cards.
Very good service and friendly staff. Amazing tasty food. The great imitator burger is available and is vegan. Quick ordering process. Good pricing. Long wait, about 30 minutes.

Very nice ice machine wasn't working for a while. Seats were very low, too low, and uncomfortable.Quite long line but understandable. Food was served in record time. Very nice atmosphere Internet was quick and speedy
If you are going on monday to wednsday I suggest you go early. We went around 6.30 pm and all the tables were booked for the night and they weren't taking anymore bookings. We had to try all the different restaurants before we were able to get the last table available.

It's Nandos anyway, so always good food. The atmosphere here in particular is soothing, calming and relaxing. But then, I went there between 12pm to 1.30pm so wasn't too busy.

Lovely food and great service, Three of us went and we paid separately. Two of us paid using the QR code on the table and one at the till. At the till a blue light card was accepted but on the app for blue light card it doesn't show Nando's as having a discount code so two of us paid full price. On
Fantastic service staff could not do enough for us and Rahman was a delight full of smiles.
