We like to find different places to eat and drink. We Google search all the time. The Victoria Inn is a little gem 💎 its like stepping back in time, an original pub with pub grub, great food, great people, a great area. Totally loved the atmosphere, stepping back into a real English pub. Sadly, ther
This "out of the way" pub has become my go to for a Sunday Roast when I need to escape city life. Nothing is ever too much for the staff they make you feel as if you're a local whether it's your first or hundredth visit. The food is everything you'd expect from a quality country pub, great produce &
A great " normal " pub !!!! Great food , sensible prices, well presented, the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Even if it's your first trip there , they treat you like you are a regular. Dog friendly , which is a great bonus to us .
Had a lovely time at the Victoria Inn. My husband had the ham, eggs and chips and I had chicken and leak pie. Both meals so delicious and great to find true home cooking. Good friendly service and welcoming atmosphere.
Good quality homemade food, real ales, friendly staff, good prices. Often, does quiz night or local bands, with a really good atmosphere. Small car park and outdoor seating area. Definitely recommend!
A cosy and friendly country pub serving very tasty comfort food. Gets busy with the locals around rush hour, which is always a good sign. Strongly recommended.
First time ever visit here.
Great welcome and good banter with I believe the landlady. Drinks served quickly.
Food order taken and served. The food itself was excellent. My vege roast was delicious but could have done with some vege gravy as it was rather dry.

Me and my husband had a date night planned for today Saturday 22nd January 2022, and decided on this place from finding it on google, it wasn't that far away from where we live and we liked their menu.
We drove there, it was easy to find on google maps, parking was not an issue, walked straight in t
It was a case of serendipity as I drove along minor roads, crossing the South Downs National Park, and came across this pub. A great place to have a break
Called in on the off chance on a busy Sunday lunchtime . The car park was busy, which is always a good sign. Once inside we were greeted by a very cheerful host and customers alike. The pub had a nice atmosphere and pleasant surroundings without being pretentious. We were offered a menu and were qu
We stopped in here in the middle of a thirteen mile walk. It was a pleasant little place and looked like it had a good food menu as well as events taking place on different nights. We only had a drink so can’t comment on anything else but it seemed nice enough and very popular.
Lovely village pub... great food, decent pint, very dog friendly, welcoming staff... perfect pitstop for a Sunday afternoon walk
The Victoria Inn has it all, good grub and beer and very friendly host and dog friendly🍺👍
Definitely the friendliest local in this well walked area. Family run and great atmosphere. Proper Sunday lunch and local beers. What’s not to like!
Lovely pub, big garden, tables out at the front and the back, tasty food and friendly staff. :-)
Such a lovely pub to spend my afternoon in, great staff, great food all in a wonderful setting, can't wait to go again!!!
Family lunch for my mother's birthday. Friendly welcome, lovely staff, log fire, good food, generous portions. The dessert menu was tempting, but we were all too full. Very thoughtful touch was a happy birthday banner and a cake. Great beer too. Highly recommended. 😀
