What an amazing place! Decor is amazing and the food is incredible. Atmosphere was lacking because we went about 2pm in the afternoon, that's all. I would go here ALL the time if I could but we drove 50 minutes to go and it's totally worth it! My little boy had the best birthday meal, thanks guys! X
First visit to TGH after seeing a good steady level of reviews, and I have to say it was pretty good at the hood. However, there are some things that bugged me about the general appearance of the restaurant.

We went for a meal on valentines night the food was absolutely amazing the portions are massive 👌 pink burger buns were cool....both really really enjoyed it atmosphere was great music was on point and the service could not fault to be honest he was that polite and nice he deserved more than 5 stars
I found The Good Hood via an IG post and immediately had to go. It's got a fun grunge vibe with graffiti and neon on the walls, with multiple booths and an outdoor seating area (that I didn't see but will go next time).
Food is probably loosely 'American' themes: burgers, fries, dogs, and cocktails
One on the best burgers I’ve ever had, the sauces on it gave it so much flavour the patties were cooked really nice, really like the chips I got the Cajun ones and had a really nice spicy mayo dip with them my partner got the meat pizza and loved that too, can’t wait to come back
Came down for a burger today and was blown away! I had the Comfort, the meat was tender and spiced well, the liquid cheese was decadent and rich. I sat out in the newly opened beer garden. Food and drinks were good. A nice range to choose from. The only thing I'd say it to make sure your menus are clean as so many people touch them so a clean menu should be a bare minimum really.
Literally the best food place I've ever been to on the wirral, the chef is amazing!! Burgers were next level and too many cheeseburger fries to finish!! Great service from Mike who made us feel at home :D
