The shop was very well layed out and everyone , including the staff were social distancing. It was delightful with the discount as well. The cheese toastie was extordinary and the Rolo Muffin was so rich and had a lot of texture.🍰☕🥪
Had a lovely experience in Costa staff are lovely and the food is great we tried the new warm milkshakes and oh my they are delicious we will most definitely be going back to try the other two flavours, 😊Thank you Costa
Excellent coffee in a relaxing environment. This cafe chain is a welcome addition to West Kirby although it's located slightly off the main thoroughfare of the village. Parking is limited to off-street spaces in the surrounding streets but this isn't a place to visit by car.
Very friendly staff, food was nice and hot.
However they started to block off areas for cleaning at 16:30, even though the cafe didn't close until 18:00.
My daughter and I love Costa very much because it is very cozy here, the employees are kind and attentive, and Costa supports children in Africa

Visited today. I have never been into this Costa before. Greeted by friendly, polite staff. Order taken promptly. Coffee and cake presented well. Took a seat in the orangerie area which is surrounded by dark grey wooden shutters on the windows. Then I noticed that the shutters are thick with dust. They need cleaning asap. The flooring also looks very tired. All in all, great service, great coffee, great cake but a very drab tired looking interior that could do with a clean and a spruce up.

Visited for afternoon tea, quality food served by attentive staff. Lovely surroundings, didn't manage to walk in the hotel grounds due to inclement weather.
Nice and cosy staff friendly and welcoming went a bit late so not very busy
Really nice staff, they brought our drinks to the table for us and made us feel really welcome. The place was wonderful and very clean! Will try and visit again :)

Once again, very well organised and spaced out. There was a queue this morning, but very pleased to report everyone was well behaved! Beautiful coffee, as always and a lovely friendly young lady
