Stumbled across the little pub whilst out for a drive, stopped to have some lunch, really glad we did. Husband had the steak and kidney pie and said it was the best he’d ever had and I had the fish and chips, massive piece of fish, lovely chips, couldn’t fault the food or the service, will definitely go back and would recommend �
Second time we've been to this great pub and just when you think it can't get any better well yesterday it did just that,a lovely Sunday lunchtime roast and a few drinks in a marvellous setting and very friendly atmosphere,I have to say this as well as my wife and I noticed how good the bar staff and everyone who works in this pub were in accommodating a lovely family and their autistic son and as we also have an autistic son we know only too well how hard these situations can be so once again a very big thumbs up to the staff at your great pub,can't wait to visit again hopefully soon.
Fantastic food, good value, we will definitely be back. Probably the best pub food in the area without a doubt.
Have been here several times and decided to have my birthday lunch here. As we were visited by Chichester. The service was excellent with very friendly staff and the food was absolutely outstanding! Well done. we will definitely be back.
Amazing lunch. Restaurant and bar fully booked so sat outside in the winter sun. Warned of 40min delay of food but served within 20. Great service and top notch food. A nice find!

Great atmosphere, great food, great beer. We walked in on the off chance of some food with three kids in tow. Our coeliac was considerately catered for, and no one batted an eyelid at our baby breastfeeding. We will definitely be returning in the near future!
Lovely place. Great food. Plenty of seating. Just what was needed on a hot day.
Visited on a Friday evening, very busy as it was Goodwood Revival weekend as well. We didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was full so decided to stay and eat in the bar. The scampi and chips were delicious and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend to others.

Had lovely Sunday lunch with family and couple of my grandchildren. Staff were very friendly and helpful , everyone enjoyed the food and would certainly recommend to friends . Looking forward to goi g again.
Visiting the area overnight and luckily came across this gem of a pub. Really friendly staff and the food was excellent. We even took part in their regular quiz night which didn't end so well...but the regulars were very kind and helped us get over our embarrassing performance. Highly recommended.

We reserved a table for 15 of us. We had a great table, the staff were really friendly and lovely and the pub is in a great spot. It has plenty of outside space and seating and parking at the venue (just register your car with them). They also allow dogs.
We preordered our food and it was great. Kids loved the pizzas and we had a great range of options, only wish they had a Sunday lunch menu, but maybe they do that in winter months?
Just a short stroll down the road is a small harbour, with a small ferry that pops over the water.
All in all a great location, great service and food and would recommend.
Tbh....it was quiet this time but that's because it was 5pm on a Thursday. Usually bustling with life and the food was good but they were not serving food until 6.30pm this time.

Plenty of parking at the back, but only for patrons. Dogs welcome too. Had the pizza which was lovely. Staff kind. East Incheron is a quieter version of Bosham with some lovely walks along the shoreline. Equally lovely architecture and character. Worth a visit.
Beautiful pub with fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff. Turned up 'on spec' and immediately was found a table for two with 94 y/o Mum. She thoroughly enjoyed the linguine so can recommend! My chicken caesar was good too, but the date butter on warm sourdough made my gastronomic evening!
Lovely pub with great outdoor seating in the back. The food was nice but sparse was the best description for their ploughman's lunch. The bread was 3 fine slices at a baguette. I would not go there for that again, not sure whether they are foods would be generous or just as skimpy. Maybe best just for drinks
Good local beers and guest ales and cider, nice food and a great outside space. Little changed from last year, still dog friendly in the small and cosy bar and outside.
2023. Still a great pub. We had the chef's special sea bass and seafood stew which was full of prawns an clams, peppers, tomatoes and chilli's. New shelter over the centre of the front outside space since we last visited.
2022: still excellent food and ciders. Food is great too, we had the belly pork and the mackerel salad. Choc Brownie and choc mousse which tasted of coffee a little. 10% service charge on all food.
A first visit to the Harbour area and after a lovely walk we went here for lunch.
Really enjoyed the pub, the service and the food.
My vegie partner had what she described as an excellent falafel baguette.
My pizza was very good.
The larger menu seemed very good and we will return.
Special mention to the smiling and helpful staff.
Stopped off here for a pint after walking the pup's through Chichester Harbour. An hours walk. Great little pub.
Lovely environment. Excellent Fish&Chips and Squid. Been there once only. Sadly live too far away. But they have just become my choice of our sea side pint & chippy!
BTW, we were the family, sitting outside 2 weeks ago, with 2 little girls. I had a secret ice cream at the end. 😉

Lovely pub with good table choices inside and outside. The pizza was perfect and the other good looks delicious. The staff are nice but just are young kids and it's a very strange situation: if you're outside they'll bring starters and mains at the same time, you have to get your own cutlery and the QR code screwed to the table doesn't work.
Sat outside cos the garden is lovely when the weather is good. Service was great and food selection is great. However chose the ploughman's and wish they could add extras like pickles and maybe decent size rustic bread because the small breadlets not big enough for the ham and cheese. Otherwise super.
We really enjoyed our meal here, two children's meals great portion size for the money, I had the slow cooked pork, it was delicious and very filling, topped off with a lemon sorbet. My partner had the lamb dish which looked amazing. And to top it off the free WiFi was really good which pleased the kids.

Lovely pub close to the harbour. Great atmosphere and surroundings. Outside seating area is lovely, a great soot to watch the world go by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A great olive to stop off on the way/way back from the harbour.
Great food, excellent location with harbour views from the hard, perfectly situated in the middle of our walk from Wicks farm campsite.
Lovely restaurant / pub. Great food and great service, wheelchair friendly and a nice fire place next to our table. We loved it there. Well recommended!
We had a brilliant evening at the ship inn. Delicious food and excellent beer in the lovely rear garden. The service was impeccable and the friendly staff went the extra mile to accommodate us. The perfect seaside pub - we will definitely be back!
