I would recommend this Greggs as the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been frequented this particular branch for over a decade and the food rarely disappoints. I normally get the margarita pizza and twin pack of yum yums. I also love the triple chocolate doughnuts 🍩. Today l had the margarita pizza and cream éclair. They have brown and white sugar which is a bonus as l love white sugar with tea and brown sugar with my coffee based beverages. This is undoubtedly one of my favourite branches. It's in a nice location and l would recommend this branch if you're in the locality. I was so hungry that l couldn't take a picture before l had a few bites, which incidentally, explains what appears to be a section of pizza. It was very tasty. Note to H.Q these members of staff are lovely as were the staff of yesteryear.

Probably the best Greggs in the area. Think it's been around for a very long time. Staff are nicer here than in the other ones, food is as good as all others, and it always seems more well stocked than the others. Very spacious as well so it's more comfortable to eat in.

I do like Greg's and the app, the only thing I have a complaint about is the seating area is not very clean. It should be kept cleaner than it is.(this is Blackheath Greg's)

Always pop into Greg's with my dear old mom for a steak bake and cuppa it makes our shopping out together complete. Today a lad served me he was so pleasant I even noticed he helped an old man back to his seat and sort out his drink for him there should be more people like him about well done 👏 x

You can't beat Greggs really, can you? And their vegan range is really coming along. At our last visit, it was very busy, and unfortunately, the bin was overflowing, so we took our rubbish home.

So i own a shop on Sandwell highstreet called clock tower fishmongers and butchers and my staff will go greggs nearly everyday and spend decent money at least 5 pound every day and we open from mon to sat, theirs an old hag their with glasses she the rudest and most disrespectful person i have met my staff always complain and have issues with her obviously my staff are fishmongers and have fresh smell that lingers on theirs clothes so we cant get rid of it but for her to complain and refuse service to my staff is bang out of order i want a chat with manager also PS CLOCK TOWER FISHMONGERS & BUTCHERS LTC SANDWELL HIGH STREET I was over moon and happy to hear that the manager of greggs come round to our shop and apologised on behalf of her employe manager was a lovely lady and understood that we own a fish shop and fresh fish will have that smell she gave us some donuts and cakes and mince pies which was very lovely and kind of her would recommend if your in the area of sand-well, we had a dispute and all is forgot from 1 kind gesture, now wel will continue to use them daily.

Always enjoy the baggets from here. The only negative thing I'd say is that why isn't there a variety of fresh cream cakes available anymore

We eat in there every morning and the staff are always helpful especially the long term ones (the 2 Nickis and the lovely chap with the long hair ) we can't fault the service.
