Can’t get enough of this place!!! Everything is just top notch. My favourite place to go to. Best dessert, excellent staff and beautiful environment. Will be back soon 👌🏼👌🏼
Couldn’t fault it. Man at till was friendly, patient and polite whilst my 3 year old changed his mind about 5 times about which flavour ice cream he wanted! My waffle was fresh and had a generous amount of topping. Service and quality of food much better then The Little Dessert shop!
Am shocked with the reviews!! I went there last week with my family it was our first time at sprinkles, staff were really friendly, ice cream was amazing and quick service!! 5 star
First visit and it won't be our last. Everything we ordered looked wonderful and tasted delicious. Strawberry pancakes, Ferrero waffles, fudge cake, Chocolate sundae and milkshakes. We've been sprinkles previously and have to say Flavours is far superior. Bright clean restaurant and lovely staff. 5*****
A great place, lots of choice, loved the crepes I had.
Friendly staff. Clean and tidy tables, seats and floor. Nice and cool inside considering it's very hot outside. A large selection of deserts and drinks, so really struggled to choose one or two items!! No table service. I will definitely be going back soon
Nice and well decorated place in Westbroom to have ice cream. Located in West Bromwich Shopping Mall. Sprinkles Gelato we offers so much more than ice cream! They have the best range of desserts including: waffles, crepes, milkshakes, cookie dough, smoothies and more!
Lovely dessert shop with the largest selection of gelato flavours i have seen, love their banana cookie dough, service is a bit slow at times but presentation makes up for it always tasty great for the family large seating area xxx
There wasn’t much people so we didn’t have to wait too long. Overall, very decent service 🙂
Took my daughter for the first time yesterday, wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise the place was immaculate, menu was absolutely delightful & my daughter sure enjoyed her ice cream & my milkshake was presented well.
Staff was friendly, management was great.. will be going again.
Also the interior is very Insta perfect.. a lovely place to indulge & treat yourself.
A big selection tasty gelato ice cream! Ample seating in clean and contemporary looking place with friendly staff. Great outdoor seating ideal for a hot day. Highly recommended.

This place is just amazing!
The customer service is excellent and they are as quick and as efficient as possible. They are such lovely people and they are very very polite which put a smile on my face after being served by a lovely lady Faridah i believe her name was. She had excellent service. I AM JUST AMAZED. My caramel late was delicious not too sweet but just perfect. My cookie dough was exactly to perfection and how i like it with warm brownies at the bottom and nuts on top with both milk and white choc sauce and a side of strawberries. One of the waiters realised that i needed tissues and without even me asking they brought me extra tissues. Also the restaurant was very clean and maintained at very high standards which was very very nice. The toilets were the cleanest public toilets i have ever been in. They were CLEAN!
I will definitely be visiting sprinkles a lot more because i was simply amazed by the staff and the maintenance of the restaurant. Many thanks to all the lovely staff.
