First timer at this Greggs..nice staff and fast morning service, clean eating area and hot food is ACTUALLY hot! ♨️
Every other Greggs I've been to in Birmingham either has filthy tables or the hot food is basically lukewarm and needs to be reheated! There's even one Greg's I saw flies buzzing around the tables and other eating customers were oblivious apparently 🤢
The only negatives really is that even though I only needed to wash my hands and face in the toilet it was rather grisly in there!. Also self service station could do with some salt and pepper satchets!
Overall, I would visit this place again

Staff are very welcoming and always provide excellent customer service.
The only thing I don't like is receiving a cold or luke warm pasty and paying the same price as one that has just come out of the oven..... a solution is required please.
Just your run of the mill Greggs. Looks a bit random as the building is massive, being a former pub. It's right next door to The Hawthorns, so gets absolutely rammed on West Bromwich Albion match days. Plenty of WBA memorabilia on the walls. Also has a decent sized free car park, and is convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast if catching a train to work from the nearby station. Never had bad service or bad food from here.
Great use of converting this pub into a Greggs! Ideal for a quick cheap bite to eat if going to the West Brom Albion ground next door. Big free car park is a bonus. Huge selection of snacks, sandwiches, drinks and pastries. Can eat in or takeout. Eat in area has pictures of the local team and is nicely done out. Toilets on site which is great. Music if loud even at 8am in the morning not sure what the reason / bonus is of that?!
Swell sited establishment on the A41 very close to the m5 and West Bromwich Albions football ground-- famous for their sausage rolls and bakes and cakes-- it makes a good stopping place to sample the food --the carpark is big the entrance is wide and disability friendly --the place is well run and clean tidy --the staff are very courteous and friendly and serve quickly a credit to the establishment --so if travelling north and south on the ,M5-it will be advisable to take a rest and sample what's on sale there's tables inside and out a very good set up if your going or leaving the Birmingham area via this motorway👍
Only popped in for a coffee so can only judge on this. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant, helpful and efficient..
Nice to see that they had left photos up on the walls of the Albion as it's next to the Hawthorns..
Very enjoyable coffee and cheese sandwich and excellent service by the well mannered lad who served me ..well done Greggs..will be going again soon.
Good service as usually,but one complaint, buy two umums in a box get one credit,but if you try to redeem as one credit you can't as they don't sell them single anymore so box of 2 don't count as a single credit to redeem you have to have a single cake,but no good if you only want a umum.
As usual Greggs never disappoints. Cheese and onion bake and Greggs Chddar onion crisps are top notch. This is right next to West Bromwich football ground. Has ample parking. Is very popular and can get busy. Not much space to eat in.

Amazing location beautiful.In Mornings can get very busy. que very long waited 15min only to be told have to wait another 13mins for the bakes to be ready.Was offered a free coffee from a lovelly staff member.Greggs you need more staff on at busy times.
The only reason I dropped a star is because there is always a queue. It's popular for a good reason though.
Great for breakfast & handy for the Hawthornes if you want to watch the Baggies at W'Brom! Biggest Greggs I've seen so far!
