Myself and my partner really enjoyed LDS(West Bromwich), we get the endless temptation waffles which were lovely and delicious, served by Pavneet, who’s lovely and a really good worker, the staff is great, the service is great, I had to wait no longer than 10 mins. Overall the experience, the food and the service were awesome.
Absolutely gorgeous food and atmosphere as always. I love coming here it’s my happy place. Also Ali the manager can’t do more for me he’s a diamond and is so welcoming thank you everyone!!!
My friends and I went to grab desserts after a night out and this place was honestly so so lovely; the manager (I believe his name was Ali) was very friendly and accommodating for us (we were a rather large group, and he made sure we were all served quickly and correctly) and waited on us so politely. Genuinely the sweetest and nicest customer service I've had in a while. The place is also very cute and has a variety of dessert options. Will definitely be visiting again! 5 stars!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing waffle place and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and I immediately knew that I was in for a treat.
I ordered the strawberry waffle and it was absolutely delicious! The waffle was perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. The strawberries were fresh and juicy, and they added the perfect amount of sweetness to the dish. I topped it off with a dollop of whipped cream and it was simply heavenly!
What really stood out to me, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that my experience was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about their customers.
Overall, I would highly recommend this waffle place to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is simply fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other waffle creations! Five stars all around!

Truly amazing experience for the whole family! They have a wide range of premium desserts and creations that are completely unique to them, kids choices are perfect and combine a few treats in one plate. The staff are super helpful especially the manager Liza who also expertly prepared our desserts and even packed our leftovers to take with us. The Tower Shake was a brilliant combination of desserts and everyone really enjoyed the experience. The venue itself has plenty of space and was very nicely decorated with comfy seats and separate area for couples etc. They also have a big car park just next door. Recommend a visit.

Amazing experience and amazing food +really helpful staff. Especially Mr Ali (manager) who ensured great service throughout and was very respectful! Aisha too took our order with a smile. Lovely desserts and lovely presentation. The portions are generous and prices reasonable. The staff were welcoming and friendly and manager Ali made a point of greeting us. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
