Staff are very polite and helpful. I had a meal which was extremely good as was the service. If you want a good night out in nice surroundings and pleasant atmosphere then you must try the Shaftesbury Casino West Bromwich.

We got our table straight away .The food is 5 different meats and at least 6 different veg
Very tasty well worth a visit .All soft drinks Tea coffee hot chocolate are free if you order at table .staff are very friendly and helpful. Would be great if you could book a time slot for table for when it's busy Will definitely be back

Carvery always excellent meats cooked to perfection. Staff pleasant and always there for your needs. And a bonus get to play on the slots or as my Aussie wife calls them the powkies. Enjoy going up there every Sunday 👍👍👍
A great Sunday carvery, with a choice of 5 meats and a great selection of veg, plus free hot or cold drinks all for £9 cant beat it.
Food quality fresh, staff friendly and obliging, great gambling experience,can't fault it.

Might seem strange going to a casino to eat but you would be missing out if you didn't try this casino. Friendly staff, clean environment, excellent food. Went for a meal with 18 other people service was quick and efficient but you didn't feel like you were on a conveyor belt, you were given time to finish your meal and relax between courses. Would recommend a visit (especially Sunday from 12 for the carvery)
Staff are professionals. Managers are even better. It's a safe and enjoyable establishment to have food or drink and would always recommend it. Obviously there's the casino side to it which is each to their own but croupiers are friendly and always welcoming. Bars open until 3 but the management won't allow drunks or bad behaviour. Thanks. I will keep coming as its probably the best place in West Brom to be at in a evening/night.
Went for their carvery meal good value for £10 with choice of at least 3 meats depending on time with GREAT roast potatoes plenty of vegetables and staff always pleasant 12 till 5pm new tables n chairs
Only go maybe twice a year the staff are outstanding the facilities are good every one is treated with respect .
