It's a Costa. The drinks are good and the service is great. Nice location which is just outside new square. Plenty of seating inside too.
Staff are lovely and Great customer service here whenever I've been. Only downside is sometimes tables are not properly cleaned or wiped down and sometimes dishes/cups aren't cleared away on the tables from previous customers. Other than that the lady's who've served me here do an amazing profession

Always a lovely atmosphere. The staff get to recognise you and are very friendly, they also make great recommendations if you want to try something new. I definitely would recommend trying their character roast as it's so smooth. It's also worth getting a Costa Coffee Club Card as even though you do

On a lovely day like today, I fancied a coffee and went to Costa, the service was as warm and friendly as the weather and the drink was made fast and tasted amazing. Great coffee house, will be back.

Its a Costa you know what your getting, good service, good food. However, when I arrived at the table it wasn't cleared but by the time our food arrived it was cleared.
