Hadn't been in there for years but as soon as I walked in the atmosphere was brilliant and the service quick, efficient and friendly and the beer was really well kept will be returning very soon. Can't comment on the food as we didn't order any.
Always very impressed with this place. Great value for money and amazing food and service. Steaks are fantastic. Always cooked to perfection and really good quality. Tried a lot of different items on the menu and never had a bad meal. A gem of a pub/restaurant in West brom.
Been a few times recently, first option whenever eating out, chef is incredible and knows what to do with a steak. Best we've tried.
Booked this place not really knowing anything about it and was really very surprised at just how good the food here is. The steaks were the very best we've ever eaten from any restaurant and all at super reasonable prices. The knives fell through the rump with ease, we had two 50oz sumos, one 32oz and one 16oz and all were cooked to perfection. I can't recommend this place enough, it's a little gem with ample private seating and the friendliest staff. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed after visiting the cricketers arms. Externally the place looks like a typical West Bromwich pub, but don't be fooled the food and service they provide is absolutely second to none and we shall be returning for more great food.

16oz rump was bang on.. gent that served is was polite and friendly, atmosphere was as it should be in a venue like this. Overall fantastic experience highly recommend
A great value pub doing a wide range of steaks as well as the Indian grills. Can highly recommend it! π
We go here as a family quite often, I usually have a curry and they're always spot on, they do nice big steaks too. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Only let down for me is no cask ales served but I'm not going to mark them down for that.

Visited the cricketers for my birthday meal very impressed there were 8 of us and we all ordered different meals and they all came to the table at the same time I had the 16oz rump steak cooked medium well,I must say it was one of the best steaks I have had in my 60 years on this planet highly recommended to anyone as there is so much choice for adults and children.
If you like a good juice steak π this is the place to be. Fantastic chef π place is clean and easy to find.

Come here most Sundays with my wife and 2 kids. Food here is amazing, my wife can have a Sunday roast and I can have an Indian mixed grill, kids meals are great too. Probably one of the best places to come for tikka, itβs always consistently awesome! Staff are great too. Highly recommend
