Very surprised to see how quiet it was inside on a Sunday lunchtime, but the drive-thru had huge queues restricting the car park. I would imagine it gets packed out on match days, being right opposite the ground.
Service was great and friendly, can't really complain about anything that was the restaurant's fault. Just a few customers being loud, but that's probably to be expected.
I would like to give feedback on a member of staff by the name of Grace, we come to the west brom games and we are always welcomed by grace with a big smile, she is so friendly, kind and helpful. We noticed she had not been there for a while.. it wasn't the same, time went on and then today we walked in and she was back, we thought she had left and we were gutted as it was not the same, as we walked in we were very happy grace was back. Thank you grace for always being the friendly grace and helpful grace we love. Also whenever we come it is always lovely and clean. Best Mcdonalds around here.
The food good not overly cooked. The service with a smile, area clean. Of a issue arise it's quickly resolve
I shouldn't really be admitting to eating so many Maccy's during December/Jan, lol! 🙈 (Praying no one who knows me reads this review! 😂). But, it's only right I give the team here a 'big up!' I will drive past my local McDonald's and a few miles further from home to come to Holyhead Rd. They really are the best 👌. All the staff always greet you with a smile. They're so nice, polite, and genuinely kind. Food is always hot..(well, almost 99.9% of the time 🥰). I've been visiting quite late at night over the last month due to work, and the team still perform their jobs to a high standard, night or day. Keep up the good work, team. Our usual Mcdonald's when we eat in. Despite not many parking places, we usually get a spot.
Tried special Easter latte and Mcflurry Highlights recommend them.
Staff pleasant and place clean
I regularly order their breakfast roll and cheesy flatbread for delivery, they offer tasty food for low cost with no delivery free for orders placed close by. Their delivery service is fast and all their drivers are very polite and friendly, if ever an item is missing from the order their customer service has been helpful and the items refunded without any hassle. Highly recommended.
If they could get the fries on point, I would give it 5*, the food is normally fresh and tasty.
Iveta, one of the floor walkers was so helpful I had to ask her name. She is a credit to MacDonalds, a lovely smile and attentive to detail. I'll be back

This is one of the cozy outlet I have ever been, but the food is as great as always. I'm loving it.
My son loves to grab lunch here from time to time.
Sadly, their offerings just make me ill, so it's not for me.

McDonald’s Holyhead Rd West Bromwich ~ opposite West Bromwich Albion Football Ground.
My experience today is as follows: It’s a Fast Food Chain Outlet ~ Open 24 hrs, serving Breakfasts Burgers Fries & various hot and cold drinks. Good level service delivered ~ on service of Food Take Away - inside McDonalds Restaurant possibly due to Special promotional offers vouchers in the Metro Newspaper. One had to go inside to redeem these vouchers.
Their New Potatoes Fries and Apple Pies are delicious. There is also a seating area outside ~ ideal in Summer.
Sadly there were no parking spaces available as customer were parking outside on footpath to get their orders.
Plus point for this McDonald’s is that they have Brilliant Home Delivery Service.

Travelled to here from Wolverhampton to buy the McPlant burger meals.
The meals seemed rushed when put together, the sauces a bit all over the place, the burger slipping around and the fries were a little cold which was disappointing, but overall the food was good and the McPlant burger itself was tastier than most vegetarian/vegan burgers from fast food outlets I have tried, a decent meaty flavour, maybe a little soft but a massive improvement to the previous limited options.
A little annoyed this is only available in certain restaurants, make it a standard option all over please!
This branch of McDonald's seemed a bit run down, and very busy with quite a queue on a Saturday evening. The boy racer cars hanging around filling the car park could be intimidating for some families with children so that could be looked at.

Friendly staff especially on a morning. I use this McDonald's regularly and can never complain. Wish all McDonald's were run like this one
