The staff at the west Bridgford cafe are very helpful nothing is to much trouble. They are always polite.
Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor sitting. Fast services and indoor seating with very clean and had plenty of options available. Good menu with my particular favourite being the peach hibiscus iced tea. Atmosphere less quiet than want you would expect of a coffee shop making it a great place to work or meet up in.
Staff we're lovely. Prices are average for these types of coffee shops but the coffee was lovely. Double checked my order to make sure it was right before giving it to me. Wasn't much of a wait and they have a reasonable amount of seating both inside and out. Wide variety of foods still available at 4pm and they offer dairy free alternatives to regular milk. Toilets inside and accessible ramp with button for assistance. Has a nice atmosphere. They also now offer order and collect.
Our lunch here was amazing! Maybe because we'd just come from a 10mile walk but the cooler drinks are so good on the hot day and the warm toasties were great. Friendly staff too!
Only reason I've dropped it to 4* rather than 5 is because there were no vegan products here when we arrived so one of the group had to go next door for some lunch
I love a good barista coffee and Costa in West Bridgford does exactly that.
I can't stand those machines serving you a supposedly 'barista' coffee - there is one next door in the Coop - but I'd rather have my lattè human made.
With seating both inside and outside there's a good chance of being able find somewhere to people watch.
You can buy the usual sandwiches, paninis, sweet stuff and merch.
Staff are polite and know how their stuff.

A good walk in Costa 👍 on the small size inside but it has outside seating available, There is cheap parking available and a park & playground directly across the road.

Lovely little Costa in West Bridgford. Popped in for a hot drinks and snacks. There is a big choice of drinks available, and we ordered some coffees (1 with oat milk) and a hot chocolate plus some muffins and a panini. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. I like the fact that if you scan the app milk free alternatives are free until the beginning of March. If you are in the area you will find a nice clean place with very friendly staff. Well worth a visit, I will definitely be going back next time I'm over there.
Met the family here on a Saturday morning for a coffee and catch-up. Staff were very helpful and organised and the shop itself is situated in a decent area and position. Normal costa, everything is self explanatory, not the biggest Costa but, their was plenty of tables free and the toilets were clean. Parking can be found round the back of the co-op for free for 2 hours or opposite, is the library car park where, you have to pay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, no dramas. Wearing a mask is optional.

Early morning and in need of a coffee I went to Costa. However I wasn't able to have coffee as the machine was being serviced. However Jack(server) explained that he could only do tea. I decided on a peppermint tea which went down very well. At least 6 people walked out when there wasn't any coffee available so when I left there only remained 3 other people in the store.
Such a shame to lose so much trade immediately after a Bank Holiday.
A busy time for Costa West Bridgford and only two staff that I could see serving. However, they were friendly and efficient which made up for the wait. And the chocolate, served with a mini chocolate orange was delicious.
We'd just been to the forest women's football match vrs Derby. We lost 2-0 and I was looking after four 6 year olds. One of them was bursting for a wee then there you were, a coffee scented wee oasis. Lovely clean toilet. No queue and a great coffee for the journey home. Made sweeter by the fact that I payed with 'beans' making it free.
My sister and I enjoyed a latte and cake. I recommend a visit to anyone.
My friend from Wales came up and arrived before me.
Outside table, tea and vegan cake awaited me.

The most friendly staff in any Costa i have visited. Always kind and accommodating. The layout is a bit awkward so feels a little canteen-y but still highly recommended! I come here 3x per week.
