I hosted my baby shower here 02.07.23 and they did an amazing job. A few of us had dietary requirements and they checked beforehand the more specific details then on the day made it clear again - they didn't scrimp on any products and you couldn't tell any difference between the afternoon teas with dietary requirements. Considering it is quite a small space inside they accommodated our group of 14. There wasn't really any space to decorate but this was explained beforehand. Produce was good quality, hand made on the day. I will definitely be returning. A massive thanks to all the staff for their attention and service!
Came here for afternoon tea with friend yesterday. I'm perhaps a little picky with afternoon tea as I like everything on it to be small portions of the best version of whatever it is - sandwiches, cakes etc. This was spot on. Perfect little sandwiches, beautiful cakes and an impressive tea selection (I can recommend Indian spiced chai)
The staff are super friendly and attentive and the tea room itself is very pretty.
The absolute test though, was my friend has a dairy allergy and normally feels a bit cheated when compairing her food to others, but her afternoon tea was every bit as good as mine.
Totally recommend!

Had afternoon tea as a birthday treat with my Mum today - absolutely lovely place. Friendly, attentive staff and delicious sandwiches and cakes. Will definitely come back again!
I quite like White Rabbit. Their service has been lovely every time I've gone. Their tea and cake are good. Great scones. Good food options although not a lot of options. I like their atmosphere and they sell a few extra goodies which I like. Coffee is not great but I guess it is a tea house so can I blame them?
I recently visited The White Rabbit Teahouse in West Bridgford with my grandaughter, who has a dairy intolerance and we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome or treated any better. The vegan cakes were absolutley delicious and the coffee, with oat milk was superb ! Thank you for such wonderful service and refreshments, we are looking forward to our next visit already !
Very nice ploughman's sandwiches with salad on the side, and slice of orange and lime cake for afters, pleasant staff, good service
Sat outside on a lovely September afternoon. Good food, friendly staff.
I regularly take my grandparents out to the White Rabbit for some coffee and cake. The cake is delicious with so many options. Staff are really friendly and attentive, which makes the experience extra special.
Pleasant enough but very limited choice. Great for yummy mummies or loud groups who like the afternoon tea and Prosecco deal (decent price) but essentially it's coffee and cake or a basic choice of sandwiches. "All day breakfast" is a breakfast cob, the only veggie option apparently being egg so it's not somewhere we could go for breakfast. Like I say, nice place but aimed at a certain kind of West Bridgford clientele; we ended up there because everywhere else was packed and it's doubtful we'll go back. PS: don't even try to get your finger through the cup handle unless you have very small hands.
After some initial confusion over reservations, they fitted us in for a delicious afternoon tea. Very good selection of sandwiches and cakes.
Nice little cafe. Make sure to book ahead if you want afternoon tea.
We have visited White Rabbit on maybe 20+ occasions, so I feel like we are well placed to write a review.
Staff - Staff have always been super polite and a pleasure to deal with. Ive mentioned this first, as they really are very friendly and polite.
Food - Food has been very nice every time we have eaten here. One previous reviewer complained the presentation of food in a box is a negative to which I could not disagree more. The presentation is great, and as mentioned, it has always been delicious.
Coffee - The oat lattes are amazing. Thats mostly what we order so I cant comment on anything else, but my god they are great. There have been a few times where we have ordered something like a macha (it may have been something else), where after ordering a member of staff lets us know its actually out of stock.
Cafe itself - Its a lovely spot. The interior is lovely looking. The presentation of the cakes always looks so great too. The seating is quite close together outside, but its barely worth mentioning.
We will continue to go here each time we visit West Bridgford.
Further comment - I understand your passion Frances, and I can understand how stressful it must have been operating a small business trough Covid times. That said, you come across a bit aggressive with some of your replies to people in previous comments.
Delightful spot in the heart of west bridgford! The staff are most welcome which is the main reason why I return so regularly. Amazing selection of food and drink choices.
I regularly pop into the cafe in the afternoons and pick up a coffee and some lunch. Such a lovely local business and the staff are always so friendly. Will always recommend to others.
