We were here last night for my pre birthday treat, (toddler at grandma's for the night- yay!) so the hubster and I came here to enjoy a nice meal, a few drinks and some adult conversation. We have no complaints at all. The place had a lovely buzzy atmosphere, our waitress was top class and the food was lovely. Nice job you guys!
Hi. After a marathon tennis game with my son we agreed a pizza was required. I’m had a Caesar salad which was simply superb. Cheese egg and chicken strips to die for. Joe had a fiery pizza so big he had to carry half of it home. Terrific service so can’t wait to return 👍

Before I came here it had been years since I had been in a pizza express and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it did not disappoint the pizza and sides were great price was reasonable and service good, I particularly liked the decor, moody lighting and cocktails 👍
Fantastic place for my 14 year old nephews birthday, Food was great, The young lady serving us was a superstar, Nothing was to much trouble for her looking after a group of 14, Well done Young lady, That's how to make people feel welcome and to leave 5 star reviews, Definitely will be returning
Really enjoyed the food! There was a child on their phone with very loud music playing and the staff never said anything after getting complaints. Quite expensive now too!

Top tip... if you download the pizza express app before you arrive you can get a free portion of adult dough balls, 1/3rd off some pizzas and some other pizza related goodies, I saved £11 using the app on this trip alone.
I booked online, and I'm glad I did because it was busy for 6pm, we ordered two childrens meals and two adults pizzas.
The starters and mains came quickly but the desserts seemed to take ages, we didn't leave until 8.15 and we are not slow eaters. The staff were lovely and friendly and our server had the best nails.
So, for the food..
We had dough balls (of course) and they were delicious, I can't remember how many is in a portion because we ate them so fast.
The new kids ice cream sandwich was a real hit with my 8 year old, she could have probably eaten two of them it was so tasty.
I had the prawn low cal pizza, I can't remember it's name but it's the one with the salad in the middle. It was nice and tasty and I was full before I'd finished the pizza but that was probably due to the free dough balls I ate before the main came (there's no calories in free food, right?).
The staff was great, The food and drinks were excellent, and they were reasonably priced. The service was prompt, with both food delivery and staff attentiveness being swift.
Polite efficient staff.

If you are in Bridgford this would wouldn't be a good place to take your friends and family.

Pizza Express used to be our 'go to' restaurant when the kids were growing up but we hadn't been since before the pandemic. We booked for Father's Day and were a little concerned beforehanf reading some of the negative reviews which suggested that PE had gone downhill. We needn't have worried. It appears they've got a new manager at the Bridgford branch and we couldn't fault the service nor the food. Would go as far as saying it was one of our best experiences there. A very pleasant experience and we'll no doubt be going again in the near future.
Food lovely customer service ok but the assistant we had wasn't very pleasant didn't smile looked like she didn't want to be there.
Great music, great service and an overall good experience.
I have serious allergies and both our servers were helpful and made me feel at ease with my menu choices.
