Amazing Cheesecake! Have been eating sausages from here for breakfast all over the Christmas hols (and you know how much I like a bit of sausage). Pork pies are amazing too, and the mince&dumpling and shepherds pie! Oh, and loads of fab cheese too!

Very friendly and cozy place to have coffee and buy your fresh beef cuts from the butcher. They also have fresh quail eggs and chicken eggs. Limited variety of fresh vegetables. Here is their menu. I ordered espresso and they got me that much milk which I mixed all and it tasted like a very tasty cappuccino:), will definitely come back!

Lovely farm cafe, located on the outskirts of Bishop Auckland. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful Saturday morning Farmhouse Breakfast, which was great value, good portion size and locally sourced, quality ingredients... Magic ... The staff confirmed that the bacon and sausages were from animals raised on the farm itself. Can't get more local than that. If you like your traditional English breakfasts then you will enjoy this little gem.

I found the staff pleasant and helpful in the restaurant. In the shop I bought a steak pie which was filled with meat and quite nice. There was a lemon drizzle cake with cream but it really was overloaded with sugar and we couldn't eat it. Although it looked lovely.

Food was delicious. We had roast beef dinner, mince and dumplings and hot broth, all three were fantastic, can't fault any of them we even bought some cakes to take away with us. We visited the farm shop as well and bought some all day breakfast sausages back bacon and some fresh bread, all 5 stars Back again today 14/10/23 Had one standard breakfast which includes 2 of everything and one small breakfast which is one of everything, can't complain about any of it, they were delicious and I ate everything on the plate, latte was a bit strong for my taste but I still finished it. We went into the shop and the assistant was very friendly, we bought cake and bread, both delicious. We will be back again

Absolut gem of a find. If you like to know your food this place is great. Gras fed well cared for and butchered on site. Best for you and best for the environment. Shop local were you can.

It was my first visit to Broom Mill Farm Shop and I know it has good quality products from friends who live locally. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and there was not as much produce available as I would have anticipated. What I did buy was good.
