Ordered a takeaway tonight. Chicken tikka Biriyani, chicken madras were absolutely delicious. Had to wait an hour for delivery which was a little longer than I'd like but it was worth the wait. Plenty of proper chicken. 5*
I went the red onion for my birthday. Beautiful curry and the waiter was so friendly he advised what curry to have and i loved it. I will be back for sure my new fav curry house. Keep up the good work :)
Just ordered for my 3rd week in a row.. we live on ashbank. I am an experienced curry lady and the food from the red onion has been amazing recently. Chicken balti and jalfrezi delicious and full of flavour and nan breads always very moist. Can't stand dry bread! Support local you will not be disap

I've just finished the best Indian takeaway I've ever had. The food was delivered piping hot and when I opened my curry carton, which was the Red Onion special, I was amazed not to find a big pool of orange coloured oil pouring out of the container, like you sometimes get with other Indian takeaways
Ordered food and came within about 20 minutes. Very nice and hot. Impressed considering last few times took a long time. Keep up the good work red onion
Ordered a curry for me and the mrs really nice havent had a curry like it for a while and its great value for money big sized trays and the garlic naan was spot on only downside that it took 50 minutes for delivery but other than that honestly couldnt go wrong worth the wait be going back for sure!

Tried The Red Onion after a number of years away as the previous Chef / Management mishandled our orders a number of times and the meals got smaller and smaller (This was years ago).
However we tried The Red Onion again recently and found the food to be fantastic. Good portion sizes, a highly tasty
The best Indian restaurant in the city, in my opinion. Always great food, I have ordered from them more than 10 times now and never was the food less than perfectly cooked, well priced as well. Happy customer indeed.
