A beautiful building with beautiful rooms. Attended a wedding here and I have to say the staff couldn't have been better. Friendly, welcoming, interested, helpful and extremely professional. Nothing was too much. The Wedding went off without a hitch. We were so well looked after. Sothank you Wentbridge House you all excelled and made our nieces wedding day perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying at Wentbridge House Hotel overnight while attending my niece's wedding, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is simply outstanding, with a charming property within the main house boasting lots of cozy rooms. The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We had guests from both the United States of America and the UK, and everyone had a wonderful time, consistently commenting on the wonderful atmosphere of the place. Karen, the wedding events coordinator, was exceptional in her ability to keep the crowd happy and entertained. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she even joined in with some of the dancing, truly embodying the spirit of the hotel.
The food was nothing short of outstanding, with top-notch quality that left us all impressed. Kudos to the chefs for their culinary expertise. The rooms themselves were comfortable, well-decorated, and provided a peaceful retreat after a night of celebration.
Overall, Wentbridge House Hotel is well worth a visit, and if you're considering tying the knot, it's definitely a venue worth considering. From the attentive staff to the excellent food and charming atmosphere, this hotel has everything you need for a memorable stay or event.
Great stay here . Rooms, food and service were all great. I particularly enjoyed the draught IPA, nice to have a good draught beer. And the proximity to the A1 makes onward travel the next day very easy.
We had an early celebration for Mother’s Day, we chose the winter afternoon tea. Everything was served fresh and the scones warm. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, coffee was fresh brewed and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and approachable.

Lovely stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful, the location is beautiful. All amenities in the room you could need. We also got a free upgrade which made the stay even better. The restaurant and food are divine! Best meal we've ever had, we ordered the chateaubriand and it was delicious!
Went for afternoon tea wow proper yorkshire.was brilliant and the service was fantastic. Silver service surroundings oh my first class.. l felt like a queen. Wonderful birthday treat can't wait for the next visit compliments to everyone all staff behind and front of house.

I attended a wedding here last year and the venue is just delightful. The outside space is stunning and spacious and the team were very accommodating to ensure that the bride and groom's wishes were met and everyone had a great day 🥰
Been here a few times now for meal and drinks, love the atmosphere here. Everyone always warm and welcoming. Plenty of parking available, staff are always great. Will go back again. Can't fault the place, decor, and facilities top notch.
We visited Wentbridge House Hotel for a family wedding breakfast. The location was great and the gardens were a great location for taking pictures of the bride and groom along with family and friends. Only thing that let it down bit was the size of the carpark.
The food was excellent with a fantastic sticky toffee pudding, which if I had to put a rating on it it would be a 9/10, a bit more sauce could have made it a 9.5/10.
All in all an excellent venue and a nice location for food, would recommend.
Overall I give this hotel 5 stars, however, the towels and bath mat in our ensuite appeared to fake tan on them. I wasn't sure if they'd been washed, or, not. When we were in the lounge having coffee, it took 3 attempts of asking for the table to be cleared, and even longer for it to be cleaned.
This is unusual for the Wentbrige, maybe they were short of staff, who knows 🤔

Chloe was fabulous during my wedding planning and everything on the day went so perfectly. The attention to detail from Cosmin and his team on the day was second to none. Top marks to our chef for the food. All our guests had a fabulous time. We stayed two nights and the rooms were just lovely and to a high standard. Thank you to all the team from Richard and me. We came across wonderful Wentbridge House Hotel a month ago.
It's so lovely, that I have stayed there three times since - twice with my partner and then with my best friend, on my recommendation, to celebrate her birthday.
Wentbridge House is immaculately presented - including the bar, restaurant and bedrooms.
The staff are amazing. So friendly, helpful and efficient. Their 'no problem' attitude makes such a refreshing change from the norm.
And the food is delicious.

Excellent day Friday 29th the staff were attentive and very responsive to everybody's needs mine especially... being a coeliac the food was particularly nourishing and enjoyable well organised and a great day. Full credit to them all and to the lady organiser l'm afraid l don't know her name. Well done oh l almost forgot!! It was Charlotte and Liam's wedding 😂l will place this comment on the coeliac website so more people who suffer from this condition can benefit.
Stayed here as part of a group at a wedding reception.
The rooms were very good, with plenty of space and very comfy beds.
The breakfasts each day were brilliant, especially the kippers!

Wow, just wow.
We had our wedding here on 03.11.2023, everything from start to finish was absolute perfection.
The team are amazing, and I mean every single member of staff we encountered, from housekeeping to wedding coordinators, everyone does their job role with love, passion and dedication.
Just a few personal thank yous - Karen, you truly are one in a million (except for your doppelganger LOL) you made our day so fun, lively and genuinely kept me going! Ellie, thank you, you've been such a help over the last 11 months of planning, so helpful and a shoulder to lean on throughout, you're amazing at your job. Cosmin - you felt like family, I think we could have all sat talking for hours and still have things to talk about! I know you had a particularly difficult day following our wedding, but you still returned to your role with the same charm and dedication that you had before. Bobby - we want to adopt this guy. Impeccable manners, so friendly, patient and just generally a lovely person! The night before our wedding he catered for our table of 14 people with total ease, everything was perfect.
I would highly recommend this venue to ANYONE for any occasion, but especially a wedding. Its not the cheapest place, but you certainly get the quality and standard that you pay for.
We can't wait to come back for a catch up with you all.
