This is a very welcoming cafe in the woods. The staff are very friendly and service is excellent.
Tough ride up to the cafe but worth it. Nice coffee and cake with good staff. Always a fave for the cycle club! Great natural surroundings for a walk, MTB or just getting there by road for cake!

Had a lovely time with 2 of my grandchildren, used the app to follow the gruffalo trail which was fantastic, the kids were so excited. Enjoyed an ice cream in the afternoon & a play in the park before going home. Great FREE day out (except parking & ice creams)... going back on Monday with couple of the other grandchildren!!!
Took my boys up to the woods on Monday and was very impressed with the service we received and the quality of the food. It was yummy!
Honestly, I really liked this cafe. It was really nice as soon as you walked in (and nice temperature too). I ordered a breakfast bap. It came SO SO quickly, taking about 5 mins to make. It was a little bit pricey, but worth it! The bap was AMAZING! I loved it so much and I would definitely come here again. The staff were nice which was good and the facilities were nice - it was very airy with lots of glass windows to look out over the trees.

Great food, fantastic service, really good quality coffee and ingredients and a beautiful peaceful setting ( only interrupted by the two ladies who insisted everyone should listen to their conversation). Would definitely recommend

Well prepared simple food at decent prices. Handy for the nearby Hill Farm Campsite as well as the miles of forest trails. Walkable from Wendover Station, 2 - 4 miles or so. The Lumberjack breakfast was excellent, as was the coffee.
Had a nice pulled pork burger and some wedges from the outside foodstall. The veg tacos were also good but a little pricey. It's a lovely place to have some lunch outside. Nice view and great for dogs.

Recently revamped cafe in Wendover Woods. The old shed/lodge that was the previous cafe (which itself had a charm) has now been replaced by a lovely designed building that has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to rest weary feet and grab a bite to eat or a coffee and a cake.
There is a wide range of food and specials available from the cafe as well as cakes and coffee. There is no table service, you order in the cafe but food will be brought out to you. Prices are similar to what a coffee chain may charge for food and drinks (a flat white is £2.40 at the time of writing).
To the right of the cafe is a children's play area which is great as you can sit and have a coffee whilst the kids climb and slide and you can still keep an eye on them.
To the left of the cafe you can find the toilet blocks which again are clean. They also have two separate disabled/baby changing toilets.
To conclude, the new cafe is a great revamp that further makes Wendover Woods a fantastic destination for a trip.
Lovely cafe, large enough for busy days yet still feels cozy and relaxing, especially on a rainy day in the woods. Staff very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

Ate here before exploring the woods. It was busy at lunch time (understandably) but we were still able to find a table outside.
Good selection of kid options (lunch boxes and hot food). And the variety of adult food was great.
Staff kind and helpful and food had good portions.
