Came in for a spot of lunch. Slowly becoming a Sunday tradition. My fave is the Cheese and Ham Panini which isn't on the menu but these guys are happy to whip up what you fancy. Great place, clean and bright decor with lots of smiles and laughs coming from behind the counter. Exactly what you want from a village cafe. Professional, high quality food well presented served with a smile. Five stars.

We came here when Rumsey's was very busy, and we've back since as a first choice. The food is outstanding, a great selection of interesting fillings and combos of breads for a great sandwich menu for a start. The sourdough is especially excellent. Sit outside in the sun if you can, it's lovely. Covid secure too. Highly recommended.

Lovely coffee shop. The seats are socially distanced and the cafe had a pleasant vibe. The menu isn’t enormous, but the food is very good. I’d recommend the grilled sandwiches and the American style pancakes which were very nice too. The coffee is okay, and they were able to accommodate alternative milk preferences. The prices were also very reasonable. I’d recommend this place for a nice casual brunch and I intend to come back here.

Lovely friendly service and good coffee. If you’re looking for a good vegan / veggie option I urge you to ask for the hummus and pepper sarnie toasted! 😎thank me later

Visited yesterday for the first time and can’t understand why this was the first time, as it won’t be the last. I enjoyed “the purple” sourdough special and it was delicious and a very generous portion. On a cold rainy day it was lovely to sit somewhere warm, friendly and enjoy such a lovely lunch.
