Visited for roast lunch recently and it was beautiful!!! Great portions, happy staff and appropriate prices! Everything was cooked perfectly and all the veg tasted so fresh! Felt like I was eating a home cooked roast! The bar staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions! Can’t wa

We visited the Odd Wheel for the first time on Friday evening and wow, what an absolute gem of a place. Extremely classy and from the moment we stepped into the establishment we were made to feel extremely welcome. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and the environment was very clean and modern. A
First time at the odd wheel and wow it did not fail to impress. The food was delicious, I had the steak and ale pie and my partner had the pork belly. We both commented on how it was one of the nicest meals we have ever had. The staff are extremely friendly, but a special mention to Luke Giles who w
Probably one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly how I liked it. The chips were proper chips and even the mushrooms and tomatoes seemed extra good too. Thank you to Amy and Jess for their excellent service too.
Had a delicious lunch here when visiting the area. Great ambience and very dog friendly.
We ate at the odd wheel on Friday for my father in laws 75th birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the choice was excellent. Will have to come back to try some of the other dishes as we couldn’t decide and it all looked too. Staff were all great and the kids really enjoyed playing in th
It's been several years since I last visited the Odd Wheel. New ownership, refurbishment, and a Wedding Anniversary to celebrate felt like an ideal moment to pop in. On entry the pub looks welcoming and modern, with a Bar area to catch up with friends (or dine) and a Restaurant to Dine in. Definitel
The food here was of the best quality, I had the best steak & ale pie ever, so tasty. Everyone on our table had a great meal, we had a few that were intolerant to different foods, this was taken on board, not an issue was made. A great night was had.
Booked in for lunch for my partners birthday with some friends. The place looked amazing and the staff were really welcoming. There was a nice play area outside for a toddler to play in, which helped keep him occupied whilst we ordered and waited for food. The food was lovely and was worth the money
Since the new owners took charge in July 23 I’ve had several meals with friends and family at The Odd Wheel, and every one of them has been a quality experience. Great taste, well presented, good value and served by really nice people. There has been considerable investment in the decor, furniture
Visited after a long walk. Lovely atmosphere and great food. Well presented dining room and great outdoor environment for kids. Good choicevof ales. The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Great fish pie! Will definitely be back!
Had our Grandads wake here, was impressed by the buffet, the service and the selection of ale. They also mentioned anything we didn't finish would go to the salvation army and not get wasted 👍🏻
Had a coffee at the end of our walk. Pub has been refurbished and is clean, bright and full of Sunday lunchers. It smelt great. It's less pub than before (without sofas or bench seating), and perhaps that's a good thing. We sat comfortably at the bar for coffee where it was quiet. Next door was busy
Went for lunch with the wife today. Very clean. Attentive helpful staff. Lots of people. Great food, piping hot, well presented and very tasty. Great selection of drinks. I thoroughly recommend the Odd Wheel..
