The customer service was incredible on my visit to Wembley high road. Bryan served me with incredible customer service, I will be coming back!

Greggs is my favourite, so all I can say is that there is nothing bad about what I have been given. My pizza was nice and hot and the staff are very nice. You'll be expecting another visit from me.

She is polite, with a good costumer service and she always trying to satisfy my needs serving the fresh pastry to me which is much appreciated :)
Unfortunately I can not say the same thing about her colleagues who are rude and with no manners. They should be learning from Bhanumati the costumer service skills. Once I went to Greggs and Bhanumati was on holiday at that time. I ended up leaving the shop with out the food as I could stand the attitude of the woman that was about to serve me.
It is almost like they are giving you a favour to serve you and take your money.
Whenever I am passing by and I see that Bhanumati is not in I don't even bother to go there. My 5* are only for her :)
Run out of things quick. Other than that decent for a small bite. 1 star less as the coconut slice is no longer available. Needs to b brought back.

Felt hungry after returning from a game at Wembley FC. Got two hot pasties, just before heading home on the tube.
