I would like to offer my formal commendation to staff member Camillia at Costa Wembley Park Bridge road.
I informed a previous staff member the toilet door was broken 10 days previous no action was taken, however, when informing Camillia within 24 hrs a repair was arranged

Always friendly staff, I don't know the names of them all to praise them individually but genuinely brilliant customer service, always smiling and so polite, never had an issue in the 4 years I've been coming here. Love them all and their coffees, keep up the fantastic work ladies❤
Somehow this shop just feels like home, drinks are always top notch with perfect designs on the coffee. Staff are so kind and always go the extra mile. I moved to another area but I always come back to visit because no other Costa compares. Special thank you to Paru, Camelia and Valentina ✨
We had just driven from Cardiff to the travel clinic just a few doors away from this Costa store. We were allowed to use the toilets with no issues or problems from the staff, then before leaving the clinic we stopped in again for a coffee and ended up spending time chatting to the staff who were ju
I don’t understand what’s te problem about cleaning store , this Costa is one of the cleanest Costa I ever visited far . Taking pic without permission is not allowed 🚫 I visit Costa yesterday and the girls was very polite and nice the tolitet was clean and smelled amazing 🤩
I love this Costa mainly because the staff are so attentive to your order. My drinks are always (unplanned!) made by the branch manager (Indian lady) and she always makes it just the way I order and like my lattes. The coffee shop is as expected inside, warm and inviting. Just wish smokers wouldn't
