Made my order at Starbucks and didn't wait to long for it. It was busy inside here with people waiting and sitting down it's a average size Starbucks which was clean nice customer service I received here.

Horrible experience. I got an iced brown sugar espresso WITHOUT any brown sugar or espresso. JUST OAT MILK. The staff simply denied it and wouldn't do another. Horrible service. Dishonest St

The Employees are the friendliest in any Starbucks in the UK or maybe in all of the coffee shops in the UK. I love them! Everytime I visit them the Employee is friendlier than the other.
Great and caring service from Jani, who has served me multiple times. Any problems he sorts out quickly to make sure I left satisfied. Jani's kindness remains even when this Starbucks gets crazy busy due to an event at Wembley Station. I love to go there for my latte and cinnamon swirl.

There’s a toilet & baby changing accessible with code if you purchase something. On one level so buggy/wheelchair friendly. Near the Wembley staffing.

Everyone is super friendly, my dog absolutely love this Starbucks I have to take him there everyday for a pop cup and Kelly is a star of the show always remembers our names and taking good care of us.
