My time at Urban Chocolatier in Wembley was really nice. I want to give a big thumbs up to Nick. He was super helpful and made sure my Iced mocha was just how I liked it, even adding an espresso shot when I asked. Nick clearly cares about customers and their happiness

I love this place, so many options to pick from, the menu is great. What I love about this places it doesnβt close early. You can sit with your friends and chill talk about the past enjoying great desserts and drinks. And the staff are super friendly and amazing π€©
Today I came with my friends at Urban chocolatier and I ordered some deserts over there ,which was delicious and creamy .Specially I most like strawberry waffle ,churos and Gulab jamun gellato.
Also customer service is excellent, one guy her name is Janavi she took my order and within 10-15 minutes she serves my dessert π¨ on table and manager also nicely coordinated wid me .
I recommend to my friends to visit this hub of dessert π§.

Great service. The staff were very nice and friendly. Food was served quickly and was of great quality. The waffles were great, highly recommend. Cookie dough was also good! Good for many different occasions. Also strawberry daiquiri was tasty, like a slushy.
Ruthik was the guy that sit us as soon as we came in. He took our order and even let me try a teaspoon of an ice cream flavour that caught my eye. Excellent customer service and everyone very polite and helpful, plus the food was delicious!! Will definitely be back here :)
The food was very delicious and it was a very clean local. Unfortunately they didnt have everything from their menu card, but it was ok as the food was way too delicious. Our server, Nikhil, was also very nice and friendly.

A very nice cafe in Wembley. Very large and spacious. There are many kinds of ice cream, desserts and drinks. Since I discovered this place, I prefer to sit here with my friends. The very cute and friendly staff will make you feel good. Also, my favorite thing is that it is very difficult to find an open cafe after a certain hour in London and people actually look for a decent place to sit after work. This place is open until late hours and you can have a good time with your loved ones here. Also, it gets crowded every time you go. I think there are many people who think like me.πI couldn't take more photos because it was crowded inside. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
