They make my day 😊. Clean place, kind staff and I liked music, mouthwatering taste, love the atmosphere there. I didn’t give the fifth star because of the high prices 🫣.

Bad toilet. Needs a bit more to it. Specially I'm a disabled person and I had to wait for kids to leave the disabled toilet.

The shop is just 2 min walk from Wembley Central underground station, very nice decoration and lovely ice cream. Toilet was out of order and the staff direct me to the parking car aria where I had to pay 20p. Was not the first time when happened this one.
Went a to Costas down the road circa 6 pm . Place was full of uncleared tables and was only serving take out. Went around the corner to Creams and the place was clean and the price for a cup of tea was half 50% less with pleasant friendly staff to boot.
It’s a very overwhelming experience throughout the day. Very impressed with great customer service and i would recommend this place for gathering and would say that one of the best places to be in.

Great place to go for some good deserts, served promptly with good service, the desert itself was a bit to sweet for me, but the gelato was very good. I have the salted caramel crepe with bananas and topped with nuts and salted caramel gelato. All of which worked well together but very sickly after
Came here for My niece's birthday, 8 of us had various desserts for lunch lol. Great Service by Layla who also has the same name as my baby! :D

Although we felt reluctant going to a sit down diner during these uncertain times. We felt very comfortable. They have a hand sanitizer machine as you enter, and your seated by a employee. Alot of the tables aren't available as they ensure that different groups of customers are not all sitting toget
Lovely place with great desserts however the staff can be quite rude although not all. In my experience I was served by sania r and she couldn't even give a smile let alone reply my hello... it's a dessert place no need to be rude to people you don't know.

There was a leftover stain on the table, but other than that it was pretty great.
Creams for all your icecream needs and much more. The prices are reasonable the service is quick and the quantity is good and the staff are very nice. Good place for kids and family.
