This restaurant serves nice and spicy Caribbean food just as the name implies. Their goat curry is a delight. Itβs very delicious; the goat is tender and garnished with finely diced onions, chopped tomatoes. Although the restaurant is very small they still serve the best Caribbean dishes in all of Sudbury.

Meat was lovely and tender and got a generous portion, wasn't weighed down with usual bone shards and loads of rice. Staff was welcoming and also gave me some free cake!! ;-)
I've seen this place busy for years but I always drove past caught up in life... I took the plunge and ordered what I can only describe as some of the best Caribbean food I've ever had.
I went for a large portion of jerk chicken with rice & peas, side of Mac & cheese and a slice of carrot cake with a bottle of fruit punch to wash it all down.
The meat was juicy but tender with the perfect amount of spices and the rice was soft and fluffy. The Mac & cheese was delicious (I personally would add more cheese but that's a personal preference).
The carrot cake was a winner for me... π
The lady behind the counter had a warming smile and was more than helpful in helping me decide what to try, the service was second to none.

Quick Delivery!!! The Mutton Soup is so filling with an amazing taste!!! I've enjoyed the Oxtail so much I've eaten it 3 times in 2 weeks!!! Curry Goat is great!!! I loved the Guinness Punch!!! They have a great menu!!

Ordered for the first time on Friday, food was delicious, had the curry chicken, it was seasoned perfectly. Guiness Punch was so nice and reasonably priced.. Will definitely order again...

Get in early if you want soup ...it seems to fly . Rice n Peas n Oxtail is my go to and it never fails.Lunch time it can be busy so order to collect or be prepared to wait.!
I've lived in the area for years and this is one of the best Caribbean food spots in London seriously ! best value for money and large helpings ! amazing food very lovely women work there so sad to see that the business is closed down after the pandemic. would love to know if they've relocated
Great place, though the pricing is a bit odd. They have a poster saying there's a lunchtime special but it doesn't say the times "lunch" applies to. Additionally, I bought a basic rice and peas and jerk chicken meal, but when I got to the till the price was 50p more than it said on the menu. Odd.
The food itself was gorgeous though, and the man who served me was very polite and patient. Would definitely go back again, though I'd just like to see a bit more clarity and consistency with costs.
Great service, lady that served me had a warm welcoming smile. They also had food items available! The ackee was great and the chicken pattie was nice and spicey.
