The best thing about this place is the location, the outdoor seating is really fabulous so don't miss out if you're close by. Of course you'll find the typical menu as other branches in the UK
Lovely caffe in London outlet. Customer service at its best, staff is so friendly and cooperative. We where like 3 families with Covid social distancing rules they followed to the core. Staff greeted us with smile and allowed us to stay inside for few minutes with cappuccino served warm enough for the cold weather.
Interior decor is so adorable and felt so relaxing at this place after a hectic shopping. Like to relax then this is the best place in London designer outlet. On the first floor which can be accessed with lift or escalator. Variety of options to choose and we loved our time in the cafe with kids. So many options to choose at very reasonable price. Enjoy relaxing after your shopping.
Good place for a quick coffee, but usually very busy. I also must say that, although still not perfect, it's cleanliness has improved recently
I simply love this branch. It’s great for a quick snack and coffee when out and about in the area. Staff is super helpful. I also like to collect points from there, and yesterday when I used them, it was a piece of cake. You should opt in as well. Highly recommend.
Great Service.
I've try different coffee restaurants but this one owns my 💜
Fantastic customer skills & great team 👌
Good size outlet located in the London Designer Outlet near Wembley Park station. Located on level one it has some outdoor seating as well as a good number of seats inside.
Found the branch relatively clean, tables were clear although ideally would be better to be crumb free.
Staff are friendly and the coffee is well made.
Really good coffe. I usually don't drink coffe, but I would come here and take one cup of coffee every day. Also the staff is nice and the ambiance is lovely.
Good coffee shop, friendly staff, good loyalty scheme.
Clean, good coffee and now if you are not drinking in you’re beverage costs 10p less. It’s a nice place for a decent coffee but maybe not novelty coffee. When it’s busy, it’s super busy and can be very tight. Not good for children. Toilet facilities are usually clean. The front is disabled person friendly but not the back where the toilet is.
The staff are always amazing, the food is om the same level. But cafes these days are quite expensive. Definitely a good place for a quick sit down and catch up. Staff work efficiently and there are washrooms available.
Cosy cafe with relaxing music in the background and every day is the same excellent service delivered without fail. The cafe is clean and well kept.
The only downside is there is one toilet at the cafe, and when it's busy, I notice that it does get messy quickly. On a positive note every morning I stopped by the cafe, and I always get served by Kamil PiotrT, he has a warm, welcoming approach with a great personality and very polite with a smile on his face.
I have to say; he does go the extra mile for his customers' service. He doesn't just serve coffee; he also gives useful tips on taking our coffee or cakes and has great eyes for presentation by my observation. All the staff are friendly and greets us with a warm, welcoming approach. Their cheerful and upbeat approach brings a good start of my day. Thank you.
This is my favourite coffee place in whole Wycombe!!! Lovely and friendly staff, always ready to help. Great coffee and such a comfy seats to enjoy your drink. Food is an amazing too. Love it!!!
Loved the location and the outdoor seating area is decent. The items available are nice and they have items for vegetarians also so that's great to have. They always have nice changes for their pastries that are welcoming.

It's a coffee shop that does the best hot chocolate (milano), baby chino and chai latte around. Just what the doctor ordered on a cold December's day. Their cakes are also really good. Not the cheapest, arguably one of the best.
