The staff were very friendly and allowed us access to the staff room to read our prayers, I had the halabeno burger and my freinds had the Periperi burger. Mine was with the 6oz beef patty and was excellent and I had the rustic fries which were awesome. If I had one piece of advice for the chefs then I would say the chicken in the Periperi burgers need to be slightly thicker but overall I highly reccomend this place.
Great place. Tortilla Chips were awesome and so was the Peri Peri chicken we ordered. Freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Will definitely go again!

I eat at Flames at least twice a week, one of most hygienic, cleanest places I have come across and it has the tastiest chicken and peri peri fries. Was in here earlier this evening and the staff are always friendly. There definitely were No rats! Not sure what establishment the previous reviewer was in but definitely couldn't have been Flames....
Fish cooking class
This was my first ever cooking class and it amazing. Started at 11am and finished at around 4.30pm. I certainly got my monies worth. We made 3 dishes throughout the day and ate what we made. Dishes that I would have never thought of making myself. I learnt so much about the art of cooking fish, plus Emily and David were great teachers and hosts who also email you information of the dishes and what was taught throughout the day.

Absolutely brilliant. High quality ingredients and thoroughly tested recipes. Excellent service. Been there twice and tried different different burgers. 10/10 both times. Looking forward to trying the others over the coming weeks. Hope they expand to other locations.

Another surprising good quality restaurant in sleepy Sudbury. We ordered two varieties of their veggie burger , exhibition which came with Fries. We also ordered a portion of onion rings. Meal ready for pick up in no time.

A quick, hearty and tasty meal for those days when you're starving and don't have time or can't be bothered to cook or you just fancy a Google quality burger.
The service was great and we were spoilt for choice! I love the variety offered. I ordered a 6oz burger and skinny fries with a portion of onion rings. The burger arrived and it was freshly cooked and full of flavour. The fries were perfectly cooked and the onion rings were great too (not full of oil like most places). The food was so enjoyable and we'll definitely be back again. Over-all a great place for dinner!!
I had the 10oz Habanero burger with sweet potato fries, and it was excellent. The burger was juicy and grilled perfectly, the burger toppings all tasted fresh and were great, and the bun was soft yet didn't fall apart like some do. The sweet potato fries were probably the best I've had, served hot and crispy. To add the staff were really friendly and I witnessed them going out of their way to help the customers that came in, such as offering great to bring food to one guy's car who ordered over the phone. Inside was clean and comfortable, plus they have a big screen so watched the foot all too. Lastly the price is very reasonable for these upmarket burgers, a whole meal for £10, which is half the price of some other places with worse food.
Drove past this place a few times and thought that I'd pop in one day... I did so yesterday and very glad I did. Probably the best burger I've ever had. You could taste the quality. Service, restaurant and presentation were great along with great value for money in my opinion. I definitely going to be a regular customer!
Flames is a great place to eat staff are excellent the food is first rate. Best place in Wembley area regularly eat there and never been let down by service or quality

I am going to divide this review into three sections: Food, Service and Price and why this restaurant deserves the 5 star rating.
Food:
To start with, the food was excellent. I ordered a Mont Jack beef burger and it was honestly the best beef burger I have had in West London (Proper Burgers in East London still trumped this place). Served on a piece of slate, the beef was succulent and full in flavour. The sauces and the cheese work effortlessly with the beef. The bun was charcoal grilled and hard but not too hard. I ordered a 6oz burger and it was the perfect size. Usually after another gourmet beef burger, you are left feeling bloated and sodium saturated but not at Flames. They have really got these burgers right too the tee. Now with the fries, they are chunky chips. They have good flavour and are quite tasty, but not the best fries. The fries get a 4/5 but the burger would be at least 8/5. That is what I have ordered personally but I have been told that the milkshakes at Flames are the best milkshakes in town. The chicken wings are great, and like there burgers, charcoal grilled. Good stuff. The mini menu is perfect for little children who like a bit of meat.
So overall on food, it is not surprising that they got a 5/5.
Service:
The food was ready swiftly. I personally ordered the meal on the phone while I was about to leave the house, and when I arrived, the food was ready, nice and hot. The food was served on a clean slate and the chips in a metal basket. Usually you have to wait 25-30 mins for a burger but at Flames, it is a short 10 mins or so very satisfying. No loud music and clean tables and floors made waiting for deserts and food a jolly. The staff were pleasant and often asking if we needed anything. So overall a very nice experience.
Overall I would rate them 5/5.
Price:
I payed £6.50 for a Mont Jack Meal. Getting sides and milkshakes/mocktails may make the price higher to a max of £10. For the food quality and service, this is perfectly reasonable.
I would rate them 4.5/5 for price.
Overall judgement:
It is really amazing how flames has turned from a normal fast food fired chicken store to an amazing gourmet burger restaurant. It's small, but it does some damn good burgers. I've been there 3 times, and I never regretted it once.

I have been consistently ordering flames for the past 7/8 years ! My favourite burger of all times, especially the chicken tikka burger. And the glaze burger. Love ❤️ however just recently the times I ordered it’s chicken in the burger is dry and the buns have changed? Can you please make it how it used to be ?? 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
We kicked around the neighbourhood a bit before going into Flames. There weren't a lot of people in so we weren't sure. But we got great friendly service and my burger was excellent - like a real burger should be - tasty and juicy - real beef. I'm happy we took the chance on Flames.
Fresh food and the quality is amazing. The service is very clean and the food gets provided very well and fast. The sauces are homemade and very fresh.
Well cooked strips, the taste was different but in a good way. Chips were normal. They have a good selection of dips too.
