My favourite pub BY FAR! I’m here all the time, there’s a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Food is really great (especially as a vegetarian). Loads of drink options, friendly staff, great environment. Not a bad thing to say!

For a nice cheap pub, this place is fantastic. The service is second to none (the barman Ruben was fast, polite and friendly) and the food was great - value for money wise you couldn't do much better than this! Dog friendly too :)
I came to the Preston Pub for lunch together with my partner and friend. We all enjoyed our meals very much. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good atmosphere as always. I can't think of any improvements needed.

Had Sunday lunch at the black horse. Roast beef for myself, my daughter and grandson had roast Turkey. Food was lovely, we were really disappointed as they had no cranberry sauce r horseradish.

Really lovely pub, been there a few times and always top service. All staff are lovely, and Ellie has excellent customer service, and is so friendly, makes the experience much better and welcoming. Always a pub if recommend and come back too.

This pub offers a CAMRA discount (though the staff don't seem to be aware of it) has a sizable car park as well as a decent sized garden. There's further seating at the front and plenty inside too. A warm and friendly welcome.
Went in for a quick pub dinner and was surprised by the menu! There are various options catering for specific needs and wants, as well as vegetarian and vegan options! Keyha was a massive help in helping me decide what was best for me. Highly recommend this place!

Had a ribeye. Good size but sinuey and tasteless but I had beef dripping so it added flavour. It came with half mushroom and half tomato. For looks, if they added a small pile of leaves, it most prob would look better than halg mushroom. Service was great. Plenty parking. Play area just down road. T
