The presentation of the food is absolutely splendid, the flavour in the food is amazing, the service is great and the place is very comfortable to go to! Would definitely come again.

We enjoy eating at the Sugar Mill
The set menu on event days is a little limited, and the quality can slip a little. For this reason I gave 4 rather than 5 star
But on the whole to food is tasty, well prepared and quite unique.
There’s a good range of beverages and their deserts are excellent. Price is about right, especially considering it’s London and the location

We live local and find this place excellent. Superb service, amazing cakes prepared daily and deserts to die for. They have been offering £3 for cake a coffee if you get there before 18:00! You won't be disappointed you just have to step in to see their cake counter to know you have made the right choice. Have enjoyed their buffet breakfast now a few times as well, excellent value for money. This place really is a gem, very stylish and as it is next to the Outlet as oppose to inside it probably is not noticed as much, but guess won't be long before the word gets out.

Excellent place for not only desserts and ice creams there snacks and main courses are pretty good. The food, desserts and ice creams are all made on the premises and while the ice cream sundae was piled high with whipped cream the serving of berry compote and fresh berries was generous however the ice cream was OK. The snacks were excellent and well presented. Value for money. Service was personable and polite.

Great atmosphere, well located and 10/10 service.
Food can be lacking though.

Have been to the sugarmill several times now. The food is no less than 8 Out of 10 and the service is impeccable. Friendly staff Were Always On Hand and very understanding when it comes to things like large groups. Bonus point for me is that the food is halal! For the more strict Muslims however, please note that they do serve alcohol on the premises.

This place was recommended by my sister so I decided to take my family for a birthday brunch celebration last sunday. Breakfast buffet was really good and the service was very helpful. We could see the chefs preparing fresh food and filling the buffet which made it all very good experience. Would definitely come back

Visited for afternoon tea for my mum's birthday using a Groupon voucher. Staff were friendly and helpful, particular Tyrrell who went above and beyond to be accommodating. The food was great - would highly recommend the tomato mozzarella and onion chutney sandwich! Fantastic.

Love this place!! This is my regular now and everything about it is great, the atmosphere, decor and quality of food is top notch. They introduced a new veggie halloumi burger, the first veg burger I ever had after taking a bite of my husband's and now I just keep ordering that with dirty chilli fries. I've tried their churros, profiteroles, custom made sundae with strawberry gateaux mixed in and waffles. All very good quality. I think the sugar level on the desserts can be a little high at times but other than that I just love it here. The staff are always well mannered and friendly. Quite a classy place I say. Of course I'll be going again and again!

Absolutely amazing, desserts may be a speciality but all of the food was outstanding and great for the price. The staff were brilliant, always smiling and very helpful. All in all amazing. This is a restaurant worthy of a tip.

My sister decided to have her baby shower at Sugar Mills in Wembley. Tina was the lady dealing with us and we felt more than comfortable with her at every stage. She took the time to listen to exactly what we needed then made appropriate suggestions. We met with her a few times to ensure everything would be perfect. Tina went over and beyond to help us for example she even changed the look of some of the desserts to reflect the Christmas theme as the baby was due Christmas day. I would highly recommend Sugar Mills for any parties or celebrations. The venue was very clean and presentable. Thanks Tina for making our occasion really special.

The service here was absolutely incredible and the food was just fantastic. The cosy atmosphere of this little restaurant adds to the experience. Recommend and will be back soon.

I have been there twice. Both with reservations. Both was very good service. Good quality of food and good price. May be the desserts was not so amazing how I wanted.

Been here since 2008, unbeatable service every time. Best vibes around, fantastic food choices and dessert. Music is top notch too.

I went here on a very busy football match day - I was on my own and the place was understandably very busy. The lady who served me was so very kind and helpful - offered me a place to sit at a counter and looked after me well - despite being phenomenally busy serving endless beers. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard with such a good nature. I had linguine and it was hot and delicious as was the white wine accompaniment! I must go again at a less hectic time for three courses!

My partner booked us a afternoon tea here as he found a good deal for it on groupon and looked nice... clearly the picture wasn't from there restaurant!
Only one sandwich each, which you got to pick but didn't include classic afternoon tea ones like smoked salmon & cream cheese (even though there were priced the same as others). Tea & bubbly was nice but the sandwiches took ages and looked like they had been thrown together. The cakes, which you only got two of were very dry and poorly presented.
The decor of the restaurant it self looked nice, but the afternoon tea was very poor and didn't feel like a treat.

Awesome place.
My steak to die for.
Fish and chips the best my wife has ever ever had.
We not ordered dessert yet. But we Intend to. I hope. I'm stuffed
Nacho starter unbelievable
Sticky chicken. Sweet sticky heaven

Lovely food and lovely staff especially Tina, a big thank you to her for all her help. Sugar mill is a place I definitely recommend and so do the people who came with me today. x

One of the poorest dining experiences I've had the misfortune to suffer in many a year. Sitting in the doorway is no fun when it is cold outside and people are coming in and out. The food was a joke. 5 chips with a meal! The salad would fit on a soup spoon. I don't think they know what a latte means and to serve it with a saucer swimming in coffee is no joke. I avoided the dessert due to the poor main course. The service was poor to say the least. I wont return and I wont recommend it to anyone.

Not sure why the negative feedback. We had fish n triple cooked chips, mushy peas, tartare sauce and I had chicken maple ratatouille with chips. Was delicious. And finished off with ice cream. We really enjoyed it and are food snobs and rarely leave reviews by the way!!

Service was rather poor, even thou they was not busy spent most of the time talking. We we recieved our sandwiches and i had to ask for our tea as they forgot and it was quite a time after.I think that there were too many chocolate cakes and should hsve more variety. Also the crust was hard on the sandwiches

Went for the brunch menu. The Toaster need a good scrub or replacing. Orange juice was the cheapest ever. But then what did I expect for £9.99. I don't see how this place is getting 5 stars for reviews???

As a Wembley local, whilst I have known about Sugar Mill Desserts for quite some time now, it was only yesterday that I tried it out for the first time and I must say I was really impressed. Decor was simple and stylish and the service and atmosphere was friendly and much more personal than many of the other chain restaurants in the area.
I ordered the sweet and spicy, sticky chicken wings as a starter, these were as sticky as I hoped and devilishly moreish and the beef rump which I ordered for main was perfectly cooked medium rare as requested. The star of the show here though was definitely dessert. I went for the sticky toffee pudding, which was one of the best versions of this classic that I have ever tasted.
Well done Sugar Mill! Now that I’ve found you I know I’ll be back soon...

Disappointed with Sugar Mill desserts at Wembley.. I am eating cakes here after several recommendations in this group but below average cakes and service. Good location but shame as it is empty on Saturday lunch time and not appealing desserts and small selection. — eating dessert at Sugar Mill Desserts.

People kept on telling me to go, after so many rave recommendations. When I did, a couple of Fridays ago, I was so pleased to have been part of it. John, Emily and their team put on a stellar performance, managing to show people how to improve their cooking and learn new recipes, while making them think it was so easy all along. An effortless charm. And the people in our group were very international, easy going, interesting and fun. Most important of all, the food and drink flowed. Many of the sessions sell out early, so get in their quick.

The place ambience is good, name is good and well located and good interior with lots to offer from menu to eat

But when we started asking the person on the dishes 25% of the dishes were not available

So this is disappointing and the deserts menu is good, but the presentation and serving quantity is no good

Simply avoid ,till they improve

The variety isn't much but this place turned into a regular joint for a friend and me. The staff is very warm and they make you feel relaxed and at home. Costs around £30 for two including a drink each. The cocktails and desserts here are the highlight.

Keeping it short and sweet - food is amazing, peaceful environment, not too busy (surprisingly, because the food is great) reasonably priced, good portions and friendly staff, no hassle, just good food and good vibes. This is just the mains I'm going on about - didn't have time to sample the desserts but I'm going back - doesn't make sense not to.

Ps. I recommend the maple glazed chicken with ratatouille and the Mac and cheese!

Loved it - as if that's not obvious.
(I took a video of my food, no pictures unfortunately :()

Located just behind Wembley Arena and the outlet centre is the desert spot Sugar Mill. The venue has a stylish interior that is similar to the styling and decor of a modern hotel lobby. There are regular tabled seating or nice big sofas.

The menu has a wide range of deserts and food options. I came here as i remember my friend over at @halalgems mentioning that they do slider burgers. So that’s what i went for.

I had a grilled chicken, lamb and beef mini burger. I wasn’t that impressed. It didn’t feel like quality. First the bread used for the bun just didn’t work, it was on the smaller side and the texture was too hard. The chicken was best slider of the lot, it had good flavours but the rest were poor. I didn’t take any enjoyment from eating the beef or lamb. It felt like a canopy than a slider burger lacking any juiciness or identifiable flavours.

Also hand a moroccan lamb burger, which also wasn’t impressive. I had the lamb burger from my local favorite Five Lads a few days before for less than £5 which much better compared to this. Moroccan burger was £10.95

Sliders cost £12.95 with one side, the side I picked was dirty fires which were absolutely brilliant. On par with the masala Chips from saffron kitchen.

Slider burgers are NOT available on event days.

A great surprise. We went there prior to a gig at Wembley Arena. Slightly put off by the dessert focus (we wanted a full meal), but they delivered a fantastic steak. Beautifully cooked and well presented.

The desserts (sticky toffee and bread and butter) were, as you would expect given the name, also fantastic.

All in all, a great experience and thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic food and fantastic concept. Stopped in here during the evening and I absolutely loved it. From the ceiling-to-floor windows and classy, yet modern decor, to the fact you can watch the chefs working their magic (from outside), to the incredible range of desserts, it was a really great experience. We tried a couple of things off the menu and were not disappointed with our choices. Not only did they taste amazing (we had a raspberry mille-feuille with homemade raspberry sorbet, and a chocolate torte with salted caramel ice-cream), but they were presented with the kind of flair and attention to detail that you'd more commonly associate with a michelin-starred restaurant. It was just a shame that we could not try everything, but we will definitely be going back to sample more. Thanks Sugar Mill!

Sugar Mill Deserts review. I came to Sugar Mill with my family, I had a sandwich, a drink, a cheese cake and some waffles and they were delicious. The waffles were amazing, they had some chocolate drizzled over with some scrumptious banana slices, the strawbery ones had a sort of syrup on them with halves of fresh sweet tasting strawberies. We decided the food tastes so good that we orderd some cupcakes for my cousin's birthday party. Literally everyone LOVED them. There were so many flavours of cupcakes to choose at first so it was too hard to choose what to have for her birthday but in the end we chose a range of different flavoured cupcakes.
I really enjoyed my food at Sugar Mill and reccomend it.

Dessert heaven. I love the afternoon teas here, served on beautiful stands with so many amazing and unique items. Sandwiches tasted so good - bread was so fresh like it had just come out of the oven. Had the cheesecakes which were the best I have ever had.
The venue is nicely done - chic but not pretentious. Staff were friendly and attentive without being in your face the whole time. Can't wait to come back and try the other stuff on the menu.
Oh and on the way out - even watched their chefs cooking in the kitchen. Their kitchen is all open for viewing to public - such a nice idea. One of the chefs was rolling what looked like dough for bread - which explains the fresh sandwiches and the other chef was filling a large tray of colourful macaroons.
Enjoyed a five star experience at everyday prices . Definitely coming back. Shame that not many people know this place yet!!

The interior somewhat lacks an atmosphere and a vibe. However the presentation of the desserts was very classy on a black slate. I chose to have the churros which tasted fabulous. Perhaps could have been a little bit warmer though!

Amazing desserts and coffee. The waffles are light fluffy and fresh with amazing ice cream. Definitely a restaurant that needs to be on my list of regular haunts.

I love dessert, especially going with friends who share the same love as me.

After going to Haagen-Dazs a million times, I decided to take my best friend to something a bit different. It being on my door step, I thought it would be rude not to!

I think it is fantastic. The staff are so friendly, the service is so quick and everything is a good value for money. The desserts were divine and had huge portions - we even questioned ourselves as to if we could finish it!!

I would definitely go back again, i'm so impressed.

This place is great to just hang out and meet friends, browse the net or just have Desserts ! The sticky toffee pudding is by far the best I have had anywhere else, the staff is very warm and friendly and very patient (considering how my 3 year old son behaves on a sugar rush). The food is appetising and the deserts are beautiful. The only reason it loses a point is because it is quite expensive and sometimes you wonder if its worth the money charged.
